The Marwar Hotel & Gardens

Services were inconsistent. Hotel in need of some maintenance. Suite rooms are located at the entrance of the hotel on the ground floor. Not much of a difference between the suite and the classic room. Tv were not working through the entire stay even after the staff was informed on day one. Breakfast was really not worth it as much, very basic. A great location and rooms are very traditional and decorated. Rooms were very clean.

My room was booked by Niteshji at the hotel. Comfortable beds, prompt room service and lovely live music in the evening. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. thank you so much Niteshji for sorting out my stay.

We had booked 4 regal retreat rooms and it was s wonderful experience. The rooms were very spacious with all the amenities available. The beds were huge the look of the rooms were like a palace. They have a swimming pool, a garden .They have a restaurant where the food is delicious and there is love music going on all days which is a good experience during dinner. The support staff is also good.

Rooms were decent, though the surroundings, pathways, corridor outside rooms and overall hygiene of the property and rooms can be better. The service was good and the staff were friendly , food was tasty. If it were better maintained would have given a 4 star. Xmas live music and dinner was nice !

I stayed at this property. The rooms and washrooms are clean. Ac was working but the remote control was not. TV was out of service. The hotel had a pool which was clean. The hotel has a lawn and a fine dine restaurant. Service is good but can be even better. They didn't provide us with the water during our stay which we found off. The manager/receptionist was very co-operative.

I found this hotel through google reviews and after visiting the hotel, they confirmed about access to poolside and the live music. I booked a higher range hotel room just to make my stay more enriching. Later at night, I was told that there is no live music today as we are screening cricket match today. I then moved on with my wife towards poolside area to relax and spend some moments of tranquility, but to my disappointment, I was restricted to access that poolside because some couple already booked a candle light dinner alongside pool and hence hotel guests or anyone else can not visit that area tonight. I had only one night stay at Jodhpur and this hotel ruined it altogether. They accepted their mistake of selling me out a higher package and not providing anything in return, and were apologetic also but nothing was done to compensate this unprofessional service and commitments. I was looking forward to recommend this property to my friends and knowns, but I don't think after experiencing such irresponsible behaviour I could recommend this to anyone. They spoiled my whole stay at the blue city and all they had to offer in return was a "Sorry".

This is a great place to stay. Especially if you are visiting with your family. We stayed for 5 nights in different rooms. The hotel has 2 wings- the classic one with Heritage look and the new one above the Irish courtyard. Both had its own ambience and vibes. The courtyard is a great place to eat. The staff is very friendly. The hospitality of the receptionist is warming. The classic rooms above the courtyard ar very spacious with Heritage and modern interiors. Only 1 feedback for improvement- ot would be great if mirrors are installed in the suite room. Ps- the musicians are very skillful. The person who plays the ektara is great

Very very good hospitality. The aesthetics are amazing. They take care of all your needs. The rooms are cosy and beautiful. If I ever come back to Jodhpur, this is where I will stay. The food also was nice. The staff is very cordial and in true sense give you a glimpse of the well known hospitality of Rajasthan. Loved our stay.
