The Kutumb Villa

Starting from reservation to stay, everything has been really bad. Firstly, they asked for 50% advance for confirmation of the room, we found it absurd and thus, we did not pay. Due to unavailability we had to opt for two separate types of rooms. However, since we did not pay the advance, we were ill treated at first and then after a lot of unpleasant conversation we were given a room that no one deserves to stay. Gloomy light, no windows, no ventilation. The room was extremely dirty and it smelled of insence sticks which had been used for ages to get rid of the bad odour of the room. No sanitation in washroom as well and the flush was not working. |Apart from all the above, what was really cold was the attitude of the owner and the service. For a price of Rs3447, a room and service so poor!

Love this place, beautiful classic old building, clean room, warm shower, nice hospitality, good location ( close to clock tower but on a quiet street ). The food was so delicious, I could say the best Indian food I'd ever eaten.

The place it's super central but in a calm street. The family that host u is more than welcoming and nice, they help u with whatever u need. Food and restaurants are delicious. Views amazing. Rooms super comfy and clean. What else u need? I wouldn't hesitate on comming back again!

The best place one can stay at. The location is bang on exactly in the City centre where u can walk every evening to near by places enjoy street food n u he most important thing is their rooftop the Mehrangarh fort is just above the villa. The owner are very sweet and helpful whenever you need them . And this is the only place which gives you 24hrs check in time and that was what I exactly was looking for since I needed a check in at 5am. It's a very quiet place I didn't even knew any guest were leaving apart from me there. The only draw back is no lift n the cabs won't come inside. Next time will sure book with them.

Very good experience at Kutumb villa! Owner of Kutumb Villa is very jolly person, we had good talk with him and very friendly & helpful. Rooms with balcony are precious with good Rajsthani style interior with modern amenities. Property is very near Meherangad fort, clock tower,sardar market & Turji ka jhalra and fort one side can be viewed from terrace in evening is beautiful experience. We stayed for 2 days in June 2024 and we recommend everyone to go for it.

We had an awesome experience in Kutumb Villa. The room was beautiful, service was to notch. Most special was the hospitality that we received from the owner family who lives in the ground floor. It was a lovely time and this made Jodhpur most special in our complete Rajasthan itinerary. Oh and the best thing about this hotel is the roof top where your can sit, chill, relax for as long as you want, overlooking the Mehrangarh fort. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Amazing stay, very friendly and accommodating family. The view from the rooftop is probably one of the best of Jodhpur, completely unobstructed views of the fortress (amazing at night sitting on the roof with a great meal) and the city. Very comfortable rooms, and perfectly central location. Fortress and clocktower are within easy walking distance. If I come back to Jodhpur I will be staying here again.

This family-owned guest house in Jodhpur's old city (right under the fort!) is a gem - far pleasanter than cookie-cutter chain hotels. The entire family bent over backwards to make us feel welcomed and accommodated. They chatted with us, set up a wonderful walking tour, and gave us valuable tips and advice. The food was excellent. Our room, lined in red sandstone tile, was visually appealing and quite comfortable. Very glad we stayed here.
