It's not possible to give a zero star so, the one star will go here. The rooms are not good. The water is not draining properly. There are stains on bedsheet. It seems they never clean their room. The staffs are so rude to customers. Even a restroom in average lodge is well maintained.

The hotel room is not upto the mark, toilet seems not clean, and hygiene wise is not satisfied. Cushion cover seems they haven't wash for a month or so. Lot of improvement need to done.

booked room in advance via make my trip but on arrival (all the way from chandigarh) came to know that they canceled our booking because of some marriage function booking happened last moment. Staff behaviour is so rude and annoying that you will frustrated because neither they are providing you room nor they are refunding your amount and because of festive season you are not getting on the spot booking in other hotel. non- cooperative, illiterate and dumb staff was managing the hotel. please do not waste your money. I never recommend this hotel to anyone. being from rajasthan I feel shamed the way they attend the guest.

We booked this hotel through MMT, and our booking was confirmed by the hotel. However, at the last moment, they canceled our booking because they received some big bookings for a marriage event. Furthermore, we might have still understood if there were genuine reasons, but the staff was extremely arrogant and rude and could not even provide us with a proper explanation. Not at all recommended.

The rooms were bad. Bed sheets were torn. Curtains were really bad. No good food. Kitchen was unhygienic. Delay in service. Not worth staying

Well sharing my experience for garba nights,it was a complete mismanagement fr. Just because of alot of crowd they didn't even played music. Wasn't worth it,we wasted in passes, transport expenses but got nothing out of it. Really disappointed

Location wise prime property. Rooms are good. Services are satisfactory. Ample open space. Appropriate for marriages and other gatherings. Needs maintenance and repairs and requires wastage of water overflowing for hours from overhead tanks. Parking no problem.

Very poor service. Highly uncomfortable rooms. Horrible wash rooms. No in room amenities. In total a very bad experience.
