We hosted a wedding at this facility and had a wonderful experience. The stay included spacious rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. The owner, Mr. Sandip, was extremely polite and cooperative. Overall, our experience was excellent.

Mr Sandeep, the owner is a gentleman, understands family budgets and needs. Appreciate for his concern for his customers. Rooms are very clean , safe for families. Very good residential location. Honestly don't hesitate, you will have a wonderful stay. We all follow reviews before we contact, so did I. And the experience was very good. Watching tv now. Bye

I am completely satisfied with the room I was given to stay in during my business trip. The location of the Palace is very convenient as there are all the necessary facilities like shopping areas and restaurants nearby, which made it easy for me to find everything. The room was also very comfortable and well-maintained, where the atmosphere was peaceful but at the same time the busy market and food options were also very close by. I found this location absolutely ideal as I had access to everything in the middle of business meetings. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming here again."

Mr. Shahrukh Khan manages this property. I booked the family room with attached bathroom of this property for 2 nights from OYO. At first he contacted and asked to cancel the booking and make an offline booking of the same room against offering some discount. Later, when we reached at this property at almost midnight with a kid. He gave us a different room without attached. Bathroom. The bathroom out of the room was shared by reception and a paying guest as well. Although he was well informed that I am traveling with my wife and kid. All the rooms were packed and for the other room he did not even cared to offer letter price. We were bound to take the room as it was cold midnight and we had a kid with us. In morning he shifted to the family room and then asked for 3000 rs more. As the price fluctuated due to year end rush. Although we were ready to pay 3000 then he got some online booking of a foreign nationals at higher amount so he again asked us to shift to another room which has no bathroom attached. Although this bathroom was out of the room but was in gallery of the house which was not easy to access at night in cold chilly weather. Moreover he arranged a Two wheeler for us on rent with a very stinky and deformed helmet. I've never seen such an unprofessional host or a manager. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this property. I would have given 0 stars

The owner Mr. Sandeep Mangal is highly unreliable person. We had booked a room for our visit on 22nd Dec. We were supposed to reach at 2:00 early midnight. The owner promised to come to railway station to pick-up but he did not respond when we called him number of times. We hired an auto and reached the Stayvilla. We were surprised to see that he offered a dingy room without washroom. When we did not agree to stay in that room he drove us to a hotel where the room was not of good quality. Do not trust this person at all.
