My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. There was no water in the bathrooms most of the time, and even after repeatedly calling the owner and manager, both kept their phones switched off -- completely irresponsible and unprofessional behavior. The rooms were filthy, and basic services were missing. It felt like they just don't care about guests once they've taken the money. If you're looking for even basic hospitality, look elsewhere. This place doesn't deserve to be called a hotel. I regret wasting my money and time here. Strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they fix their management, hygiene, and services. Totally disappointing experience.

The hospitality at Hotel Govindam is second to none. The staff genuinely cares about your comfort and goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. They even helped us plan our itinerary and arranged transportation, which was a lifesaver. It felt like staying with family. Can't wait to return!

I stayed at this hotel on 26th Dec and had the worst experience. The washroom was extremely dirty and smelled awful, while the bedsheets were clearly not cleaned. Despite repeated requests, the service staff failed to provide even basic amenities like a towel. The condition of the lift was appalling, with gutkha stains all over. The overall cleanliness and service standards were severely lacking. I strongly urge everyone to reconsider before booking this hotel, as it fails to meet even the most basic expectations of hygiene and hospitality. Such experiences completely ruin your trip.

had a wonderful stay at Hotel Govindam. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was also very convenient, close to key attractions and public transport. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

SCAM ALERT! One of the worst hotel in jodhpur. I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a nightmare for me. The hotel is in the market place . The building has other businesses as well. Lift was full of pan masala. The rooms were uncleaned and full of dirt. The reception guy was smoking all night whose smoke was coming up in the room. He was rude too. There was no water in the hotel . On asking for the same the reception guy told me that tanker bulaya hai 2 ghante lagenge. Everyone in the hotel was arguing with the reception guy and the hotel owner was not picking up the call . Do not fall in the trap by just seeing fake Google reviews.Remember when you are in Rajasthan (specially in jodhpur) do not pay in advance to any of the hotel . If the hotel owner asks you to pay in advance then trust me there will be surely some or the other issue with the hotel.

Poor room cleanliness, No parking space, unprofessional staff with no hospitality manners, and delayed preparation for check-in make this place unsuitable for a comfortable stay. In the similar cost you may find better Hotel in nearby.

My Worst hotel to stay with family..advice everyone never book 'this hotel online. They show something else and they serve something else...They are scammers , the photo which they have on for advertisement is of when they started the hotel and now the condition of hotel is at its worst. Hotel is all very unhygienic. 0 star from me to his hotel and their management.
