Worst palace ever.....Manager's behaviour was so rude and bad. I regret staying at Shivam Hotel. The manager's behavior was absolutely appalling--rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I raised concerns about the cleanliness of my room and the lack of basic amenities, instead of offering a solution, the manager just brushed me off with an attitude. It felt like they couldn't care less about their guests. The room was subpar, and the overall service was terrible. I've stayed at much better hotels for a fraction of the price. This hotel clearly doesn't value its customers. I will never return and highly advise others to avoid it as well.

This hotel in jodhpur Rajasthan is a decent hotel. It has a open vast Garden area for events. The owner of this hotel also has another hotel named hotel surajgarh palace and resort which is with 1.5 kms of this place. I was there for a dinner and I was staying in surajgarh. Actually the owner arranged our dinner in this hotel that is shivam while we stayed in the other that is surajgarh. Anyways the place is well maintained and the owner has a dog named Jacky. The Garden area is good for small walk for the guest before they leave for the day. Overall a decent place
The room is old. Washrooms are small and old. The location is not correct. Food quality is bad. Room rent is high. There is nothing like a resort. Never burn in this hotel
It is a nice place for a family dinner. This place is the right destination for a marriage ceremony.

I hope I could give negative rating to it .. This is so much over rated on the site , not even a proper place to stay , dirty washrooms and buckets . Charges are like 4 * , Not even worth 500 Rs per night
Old bathrooms. Bare geysers wires. Dirty too
For me it as i live in the city for me this place was quite far but the place was beautiful with open garden and a good space for parking. They also have a hall where u can do small parties and gatherings
