RIGMOR HAVELI

We had originally planned to stay at this hotel based on a recommendation, but the experience was so bad that we ended up canceling and finding another place. The room itself was just okay but extremely overpriced. The only decent thing was that the bathroom was clean. The blankets were old, dirty, and looked like they had never been washed, and the towels were grey instead of white. But the worst part was the staff--rude and completely unprofessional. When we raised concerns about the uncomfortable mattress they expected our driver to sleep on (in what was basically a storage closet), they acted like we should be grateful to even have a room. They kept insisting that they "normally book out in advance," despite having at least three empty rooms. Instead of addressing our concerns, they made it clear they thought they were doing us a massive favour. I have stayed in hotels around the world, many of a much higher quality, and I have never been treated this poorly. We left and booked somewhere else, which was a far better experience. Avoid this place if you want decent service and respect as a guest. EDIT: They have called and are pressuring me to remove this review instead of taking responsibility for their behaviour. That alone should be a warning to anyone considering this place.

Food very Tasty. Hospitality excellent. Located in residential area hence a Quiet place. Value for money. Rooms are not luxurious but cater to the requirement of a couple. Overall one can definitely try. Good luck. Happy site seeing.

This is a good budget friendly place and the staff is great. Rooms were clean and spacious. If you are in Jodhpur, only ask the hotel staff for Auto or taxi ride. For 1st day, we arranged ride on our own but the experience was horrible. So next week booked ride directly through the hotel for 1500 rs/- a day and the auto driver took us through all the places, guided us and dropped at the railway station on time.

After looking all good reviews, I am feeling bad to share my reviews. During end of Dec we booked 3 rooms here through our travel agent and we had very bad experience. On the name of old heritage they gave us very bad rooms and 205 room was worst. Toilet flush was leaked, dirty old blankets, dirty towels, dirty curtians etc. They denied for room change as hotel was full. Also had bad experience with their restaurant too, waited for more than an hour just for tea. Also we ordered egg omlate it was fried in coal, nobody dared to touch, but atleast paneer paratha was ok. Shared all photos too. But thank you next day evening they gave us a room for few hour (2500/-) to keep our laugage and use washrooms. (Surprising it was better than previous rooms)

1. Location is nice. Just near to school which belongs to current royalty there. Parking is available. Wide roads. Very quiet place and no party things as such happens there because school is nearby. 2. Staff is good. Bhawani ji and Pramod ji take-care of your check in checkout. Bhawani ji makes sure you get tasty food (made on orders) . Pramod ji can help you with local itinerary. Ola uber works totally fine there. Almost everything is nearby from this place 3. Rooms are not luxurious. Feels like home only. Basic wooden bed chair table and small open single almirah is there. But the things are clean. Clean washrooms with geyser facilities. Rooms are also clean. AC and Small screen TV is also there in room. Mattress can be hard for some. Though i like hard mattress so it was fine with me but other member of my team felt not so good with kind of mattress. Rest service was amazing. Extra duvet pillows towels whatever you need was catered finely. 4. Food is fine. Maggie-120(vegetable) 80(plain) tea 35 bread 50(4pc) aalo Parantha 70 paneer parantha 110. Quantity was satisfactory. 5. Medical facilities was not available in night. I got foot blisters and needed bandages but it was not available in middle of night. Had to wait till 6am when i used blinkit for ordering. 6. I would love to revisit this property if accompanied by family and quiet team. I would not go here if group is noisy and more into party vibes. Safe for kids. If you are not into luxury hotels feel, go for this heritage kind of property.

Book your stay here if you want to stay in a lodge after paying 2500 bucks. Rooms are like railway retiring room with no ventilation. Also they are not at all maintained. They will give you old, smelly and ichy blankets along with metal like hard pillows and bedding. We stay here for a night and were not able to get sleep for more than 2 hours. There were no curtains and dustbins in some rooms. When asked, they said this is all what they have. Moreover, the worst was the manager at the reception. He was very rude and behaved like he is doing a favor for us by letting us stay in the hotel. When we asked for a room change, he was so illmannered that he said please ask kids not to sit on the bed because it will spoil the crease and dont use the room washrooms as then they will have to clean it again. Cant believe he literally said this. We have been to so many trips and hotels and this one was among the worst 3. Cheap rooms and worse hospitality. Earlier I thought Rajasthan people are great in welcoming their guests after we had lovely time in Udaipur. But after this experience, my opinion has changed a little. Suggest to book hotels after proper research and scrutiny. Would NOT SUGGEST to book this hotel if you are travelling with family. You can clearly see the hospitality by going through the response of the hotel person. Friends... I will request you to make a judgement based on your research and experience. Thanks

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rigmor Haveli in Jodhpur, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is ideal, close to many major attractions in Jodhpur, like the Mehrangarh Fort, and the local markets are easily accessible. The rooftop offers a wonderful view of the city, which made for a memorable experience during sunset. The food that was available was delicious and flavorful and the hotel is also reasonably priced. Overall, I highly recommend Rigmor Haveli for anyone visiting Jodhpur who wants a peaceful and authentical experience.
