Terrible experience - cancelled my therapy at last minute. Did not turn up on time. Not professional whatsoever. Don't waste your time, money or effort.

It's is my first time in Radisson hotel and my first empress about hotel was very good and there staff was excellent and I mostly love room and the cleaning was very good I only remember three employees name 1-Ankit, 2-Nirmal 3- Depesh and they were very kind and good at there work. I my very happy about it.

Riya has provided us with an exceptional spa service and R3 Spa were well organised and punctual with their spa service. The after spa service is also quite excellent.
