Minimum rating option is 1 that's why I m giving 1 rating to this hotel, otherwise it will be zero from my side....... Worst experience at this hotel..... Room service, Rooms conditions, booking experience with oyo everything was very bad........ We have booked this hotel for 2 nights from 12 dec. 2019 to 14 dec. 2019 but the staff told us that you have booked this hotel for one night only and Charged us extra for one night. Because we have no other option...... Worst experience from oyo customer care also.. They didn't respond us while we are facing this issue. Everytime when we call them to resolve this issue they are disconnecting the phone ... Overall worst site to book hotels and worst hotel in the World.

This hotel is not even eligible to get 1 Star. One of the worst hotel ever i must say. Local Lodge is better than this. Staff is very rude, rooms are very dirty, Bed Sheets, Towels and other utilities are worst. you need to call 10 times at the reception for Drinking Water and other services. This hotel is categorized under Premium Category in OYO. What made OYO to keep this hotel under premium segment. Even when you ask them for WIFI password they say, there is no password for that and we dont provide. Even if u dint get any rooms in Jodhpur, i suggest to stay at the waiting room at Jodhpur Railway Station but not here.

Do not expect much here. The rooms are not in good order but are tolerable if it's just to have some rest. Some doors did not close properly and the room was spartan yet not well maintained.||There was a hearty meal awaiting us downstairs though.

Umm i think the place is pretty good but the main problem is the connection between the customers and the employees , maybe next time it would be a better experience but this time i have to give it 4 stars but overall everything is well managed and safe and clean!

Worst oyo room ever. They will book your stay and when you reach there, they will charge you on their own will by saying they'll not accept couple on local id and if you want to stay then they'll charge you 800 for four hours. My booking amount was 651 but for their more income they'll charge extra which is inappropriate. Greedy people.

Zero star.. The worst hotel in deed.. My parents stayed in this hotel for a day and felt that this is the worst hotel. Not sure how it has received 4 star. Rooms were not ready when they reached hotel and Hotelier did not provide complementary breakfast.Oyo did not even cared about the complaint and closed my request with silly reason. No elevator available and not suitable for family or elders.

It is a good open space to hold big gatherings. Party, ceremonies and office seminar can be planned at this place. Ample space for parking.
