Karma Heritage Guest House

Rooms good. Dinner very slow, limited menu. Break fast lousi. No chutney, sambar. Paratha was bland no achar. Rude owner Akshay. Never vist this hotel again. Did not allowmy taxi guy to load luggage in my car. We had to travel to Jaiselmer. No Go

This is what exactly a heritage super cool rooms and its facilities. |Rooms on the top floor have a great ciew of the fort. Nice staff and owner will always available for to help even booking tours or trains.|Highly recommended place for to stay with comfort and peace.

We stayed here only for a night because our previous hotel was overbooked so we decided to stay nearby to our first place. Nice rooms and clean beds were comfortable and the decoration was wonderful. We had fort view room and was great for us. Recommended !!!!!

We had an awesome couple of days. The guesthouse is really cosy and very convenient for the fort and blue city. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed meals on the rooftop terrace with amazing views of Jodhpur fort. But what really made it was Rithik and his team. They are all super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We learned a lot from them and they made us feel so at home. Would love to go back.

We had the best time staying here in Jodhpur! Guru is an excellent host. He was welcoming, very kind and helpful. The room was super clean, spacious and tranquil. I had my best nights of sleep in India here! The rooftop is a great place to relax and had an amazing view of the city and fort. Thank you for an wonderful stay, I hope to come back here again!

Ugh, I hate to give bad reviews like this, but travelers deserve to be warned about this bad guest house. It was overpriced. There was no front desk and every time we needed something we had to go hunting for someone to help us and sometimes it was difficult to find anyone. And, unfortunately, we had to seek help often as the room had many problems. The bed was wonky and uncomfortable, I saw a few cockroaches in the room, and the biggest problem was that the water kept shutting off in the room. Every time we wanted to flush a toilet or take a shower we had to find someone (which could take like 5 or 10 minutes) and then ask them to turn on pumps and refill the tank on the roof which mysteriously kept emptying almost immediately after it was filled. Such a hassle. Sometimes we couldn't even find the owner, his son, or their only employee. Sometimes I had to wander into the owner's personal quarters where the owner sometimes wasn't present but his wife and children were there, and they had to try field my questions and complaints which I felt bad about. When we communicated the problem to anyone at the guest house they passed the blame onto something or someone else, and although they eventually would get the water temporarily running again, they did not seem very sympathetic to the discomfort that we were experiencing. One man (I think it was the owner's son) told me to take his WhatsApp number and call him on WhatsApp if I needed anything...which he didn't seem to understand is not how a hotel should be run... We got fed up and ended up deciding to check out early and the owner would not refund the money for the night for which we had not yet stayed but for which we had paid in advance. Please save yourself some hassle and avoid this overpriced hotel with bad, lazy service and poor ammenities.

Shockingly Unsafe and Unsanitary Stay at Karma Homestay The rooms at Karma homestay were incredibly unhygienic. The beds were dusty, and the water supply was sporadic. We arrived late on a cold night only to find the water completely off. Instead of addressing the issue, we were offered a single bucket of water. More importantly, I had a serious safety concern. While showering, I experienced electric shocks. This is unacceptable, and I urge hosting platforms to ensure proper safety standards for listed accommodations. Due to the electricity leakage, the entire hotel had to be evacuated. The host's unprofessional attitude made the situation even worse. Instead of addressing , he threatened to ask us to leave for raising legitimate concerns. The unsafe electrical wiring throughout the property, with exposed live wires, further underscored the poor maintenance and disregard for guest safety. I booked this stay based on positive reviews, which now I believe were misleading. I urge everyone to seriously reconsider staying at Karma homestay.

I stayed in this guesthouse just a night and I felt really comfortable here. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating to any of my requests. The place is clean, bed is big, fan, AC, view to the fortress and nice rooftop and food. I arrived after Diwali and there were fireworks and lighting which made the terrace a great place to stay at night. It's difficult to find the first time but you don't miss it a second one. I traveled alone and being a woman I felt safe all the time. If you want the real experience this is your place! For fancy accommodation there's a palace where Priyanka Chopra married for 800 USD/night. You can see it from rooftop
