Hotel The Balam

Had a wonderful stay at The Balam. The staff was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Despite our late arrival at midnight, they happily served us fresh, delicious food, which was truly impressive. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and warm hospitality!

The behaviour of all staff are very nice and they are very co operative. The food was also very tasty. Manager Mohammad Sharif is personally looking after all thinks. They also allow us to take early check in and not taken single penny for that.

Hospitality is a blunder at The Balam & Pathetic Breakfast !!! We were being served aloo paratha & poha on the table everyday during our stay !!! Instead of the buffet layout , they would stay we don't have many guests so we serve on the table...which is still ok , however the only menu in the breakfast is aloo paratha & poha EVERYDAY! Plus , they had some construction going on , so non stop there were sounds of stones being thrown on the floor just above ours, using of industrial hammers etc....not even for half hour we could sleep at peace !

One of the hotels, where I stayed during my Rajasthan trip, located just 7-8 mins away from Jodhpur Airport. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. Hats off to the team, coz their hospitality was top notch. Both days I had to leave early (before breakfast time), and they managed to arrange early breakfast for us. They have a very good outdoor restaurant which serves nice dishes. Thanks guys for the memorable conversation you had with us while serving dinner.

Rooms are spacious. Food is excellent. Restaurant staff is prompt and courteous. On negative side, overall maintenance of the property isn't good, most of the time bath water is lukewarm, you waste time in getting ready.

Great Stay at The Balam Hotel, Jodhpur The Balam Hotel is a lovely property located just outside the city, near the cantonment area. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars for the excellent service provided by the staff, the housekeeping team, and the front office team. Everyone seemed happy, welcoming, and very accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. A special mention to Abhay from the housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. His hard work and dedication truly stood out. The hotel also features a delightful outdoor restaurant named Vibe, where we enjoyed great food in a pleasant ambiance. However, I noticed a lack of warmth from the gentleman at the reception, who appeared to be the manager. He neither greeted nor smiled and had no interaction with us, which felt a bit unusual compared to the otherwise hospitable team. Additionally, while the hotel is charming, its location is a bit far from the city center. We stayed from January 7th to January 9th and had an overall positive experience. I would recommend this hotel for its great service and atmosphere. Rating: 4/5

The hotel offers good value for the money. They catered to our unique demands and the cuisine was wonderful. We were well-served by the hotel's kind staff. Puran, a staff member, gave us his whole attention and won our hearts with his charming smile.
