Rooms : No hot water for bathing Service: very poor service. We reached here on 10th Feb , 2025 night checked in on the way from udaipur to jodhpur. The dinner was very spicy. And somehow we managed to have the rotis with butter and sugar as the Sabri was spicy. First time I experienced a spicy Dal fry side dish for jeera rice. The next day we asked the person to get the breakfast at 8 30 am and we gave 2 Aloo paratha , 1 upma, 1 poha and 2 chai. Out of which they gave only poha and upma at 9 15am. And we waited till 9 30 but when I enquired they asked us to wait till 10am. But still started to get sunny , we checked out at 9 40 am. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. NOT EVEN ONE NIGHT STAY IS WORTH HERE.

Doesn't have lift. Situated at 1st and 2nd floor. No dining place. No morning tea before 8am. Bedsheets and toiletries very poor.

Hotel service is not good . Every time says no . Not recommended for good stay . Good for solo and frind's trip only .

Worst hotel , there is INFESTATION OF MICE in the hotel . You will get severally sick. I had to sleep in group D employee room. I had my exam the next day. I wasn't able to get sleep before the exam. Please do not visit the hotel. Do email me before doing. Google is not giving me an option to upload the video here. I am in the process of filing consumer complaint against this hotel. Location is average but once you are inside you will feel homely, staff is cooperative and of helping nature as well. Rooms are well maintained and bathroom is also well maintained. There is facility of geyser also so if you are coming in winters also there is no problem regarding that. I hope this feedback will help you in your upcoming vacation

Subject: FOUND INFESTATION OF MICE IN THE ROOM. I am writing to raise an urgent issue regarding my stay at the Sri Ram Residency Hotel. I booked a room for June 22nd-23rd (12 PM on the 22nd to 11 AM on the 23rd) as I had my Rajasthan Public Service Exam (Judiciary) on June 23rd. I checked in around 6:30 PM on June 22nd, but just two hours later, I discovered numerous mice in the room and cupboard. Despite repeated requests to the staff to change my room, they ignored me completely. After hours of altercations, around 1 AM on June 23rd, the Group D staff finally agreed to share their room with me, which had no air conditioning or cooler, it was in a miserable condition. With the temperature in Jodhpur reaching around 50 degrees Celsius, I couldn't sleep the entire night, especially since I only had 5 hours left to rest before my exam. This incident left me severely disturbed, and I had to take my exam after a sleepless night, which greatly impacted my performance despite having studied for two years. It is incredibly disheartening to see all my efforts compromised due to the hotel's negligence. I have made videos documenting this issue and request that you raise your voices against this injustice.

*' * They didn't refund despite contacting Goibibo customer care, I paid for 2 days but didn't even check in. I had to forego my booking due to bad approach, poor quality room, no lift. I had to spend money and book elsewhere. Simply ate my hard earned money. Those who cheat will definitely pay for it. If you really care about customers and about your business you would've refunded.
