Hotel Raman Palace

I stayed at Hotel Raman Palace and was extremely disappointed. From the outside, it looks like a palace, but the room condition is terrible and poorly maintained. Initially, the owner is polite, but once you question the room quality or service, their attitude becomes rude and unprofessional. The blankets provided were of the worst quality. We had come for a tour, paying a good amount for a pleasant stay, but the service was disappointing. Even the bath bucket was a used paint container from Asian Paints! When I raised a complaint, they started acting defensive instead of addressing the issue. The hygiene standards were appalling. To top it off, they have ties with local auto drivers who always take you to subpar places. Don't waste your money or time here. It's not worth it!

My overnight stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The ventilation was terrible, making it hard to breathe fresh air. Cleanliness was severely lacking, and the overpriced food was inedible--it felt like eating a dish prepared by someone who had never cooked before. Overall, a thoroughly disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Avoid at all costs.

The price was very high At online the hotel room price was 500 and same room at offline at 1200 No service Not a good experience

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Raman Palace. The owner and all staff are so polite, prompt and supportive. The hotel staff and owner provided us an overwhelming service. ||The deluxe room was small but was equipped with all required amenities as well as very well maintained and clean bathroom.||Also, they have a rooftop restaurant on the terrace, which is very spacious with a magnificent ambiance. Mehrangarh Fort and Umaid Bhawan Palace could be seen from the terrace view. Food was amazing. Chef is very good and supportive. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop terrace. Auto rikshaws easily available from right outside the hotel.||I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who visit Jodhpur.

The best thing about this hotel is the owner of this hotel who handle the customers directly is very humble nature and a very kind person. My experience was awesome and I enjoyed everything like its open roof top Restaurant , kitchen services, and all staffs behavior everything.Chef is very good and supportive. If You want family and non-luxury room at affordable price go ahead..

I have reserved 2 super delux rooms for 2 days over phone call and I am very happy that I have choose to stay there. Free pick up provided by hotel owener Mr. Raman ji when he came to know that we are coming by train and we have luggage. Thank you, it was really helpful for us. Rooms were really luxurious with all facilities like bath soap and shapoo, shaving kit, tooth brush kit and foot sleeper. POP with full of red and blue light. We really enjoyed our stay there. Clean and neat rooms, bathrooms were absolutely clean. Hot water in the morning time was available. Roof top launch and dining facility available. One good part is Raman ji is really supportive, kind, humble and professional personality. Thank you one again for providing us all the required quality facilities during our 2 days stay.
