The hotel was great. We had good experience. Staff is friendly and supportive. The restaurant food is must and tempting. The evening performances of Kathputli and folk music was exceptional.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. While everything else was good, the check-in process was disappointing. The room we were provided did not match the photos on their website, which led to a conflict with the General Manager (GM) and the front desk staff member, Megha. Unfortunately, neither of them apologized or made any effort to address the issue. They ignored us throughout our two-day stay, which left us feeling unwelcome. On the positive side, the owner was polite, understanding, and even apologized for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. Additionally, the rest of the staff provided great service and made an effort to make our stay comfortable. If you're considering staying here, I recommend confirming your room in advance to avoid any surprises. Also, it might be better to avoid interactions with the GM, as he comes across as rude and unwelcoming. While the hotel has potential, the lack of professionalism from management is a significant drawback.

Resort is nice well maintained, rooms are good too. Food is a little more spicy side ... In a room few basic amenities are lacked such as comb and moisturizer cream . We booked for extra bed... But they provide only two water bottles... And for extra 1 ltr water bottle they have charged 55 rs. Hardly an issue ...but should be a little more focused and concerned about such basic things Overall the stay was good. One suggestion that they should introduce one bus service (like force urbania type bus) for city tour and nearby area tours .. something like that
