It is a budget friendly property, staff is helpful and humble. Try to book standard room because they are spacious and have windows. If you are travelling with elderly people, avoid this hotel since it does not have elevator and stairs are steep. The food is good, hotel is tidy all the time. Service is good, the view from the roof top is mesmerizing. The only major problem is with the location of the property. It is in the old city so roads are extremely narrow, crowded and dirty. The outside of the hotel is also very dirty. There is no parking area, accessibility with car is also a problem. Overall, the hotel is fine.

My experience was mixed. I arrived at 8:30 AM and was initially told my reserved room wouldn't be ready until 12 PM. To get immediate access, I paid extra for a different room. However, my original room became available at 10:30 AM, prompting a shift. The property was clean and the food was generally good, though I'd recommend avoiding the Italian dishes.
Last weekend I stayed in this hotel, First of all rooms were hygienic and in numero uno condition. Hotel staff and their behaviour also appreciable. I suggest to all, this is best budget friendly hotel. This is hardly 2 km away from roadways bus stand and 5 km away from railway station. Rooftop view is like unforgettable and if you avail dinner opportunity their it will be mesmerizing. Food and their quality is awesome and worthy as per their price. But if you're going to plan with aged people avoid it, because it does not have any lift service, and stairs is little bit high that not easily used by elderly people. Another drawback is located in old city, so connecting road is so narrow and their is no parking lot.
It's difficult to find the hotel's location and most importantly the receptionist didn't pick our call as we reached around 11,30 PM. The view from the rooftop was just fabulous. The breakfast they served Chole Bhature was good in taste. We stayed in a dorm but the room was too compact .
Review for Haveli Word hinduja and Haveli both are ancient While booking what human mind needs Road connectivity ,hospitality services, food ,Spot and location ,Self securities , Inter connectivity with emergency health ... Air connectivity I think best part is like location which I's connected to Heritage places and your ancient history Rooms services nice Food was amazing Staff connectivity was also Good pricing factor also important..best
Rooms are too small you will feel suffocated, will not advice for 2 people. No facility of lift & the stairs are not that comfortable. No proper parking space. Food was decent though not much variety. Few staffs were helpful few were not so depends on ur luck whom u get to interact with Somehow if u still go der - try to avoid Room no 102 as its too congested and water leaks from the bathroom.
The stay is very good. Staff is very cooperative. Mr Kalyan is supervisor in this hotel and he is very supportive. Provide guidance about locations as well. Food is very tasty . Thank you for your grate hospitality
The economy room was very cramped. Worst location. You can't imagine travelling there in a car. Kindly avoid the property if you are travelling by car. Only positive is the view from the terrace and tasty food.
