Five Elements Hotels - Jodhpur (Mertiya Residency)

One of the best hotels we have stayed during our recent 10days Rajasthan Trip. The Room, the bed sheets & bathroom are very clean & tidy. The restaurant ambience was beautiful & hygiene. The food is excellent,Tasty..YUMMY! Highly qualified people owns & manages this hotel(ref photo) . Mr. Manoj, the GM of this hotel is so cool,nice and friendly. The reception staff was kind and cooperative. The check in and checkout process very fast & took only 1 or 2minutes. They packed our breakfast (Sandwich) in the early morning 5.30AM when we checkout early. I strongly recommend this hotel in Jodhpur for family stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, paying over 5000 per night, and my experience was deeply disappointing. Despite booking more than 45 days in advance and being promised a deluxe room of approximately 250 sq. ft. with amenities like a seating area, slippers, and a bathrobe, the reality was far from it. We were checked into a room that couldn't have been more than 80 sq. ft. The bathroom was so cramped that the shower was practically over the toilet, leaving no room for basic comfort. The seating area and promised amenities were nonexistent. This was not just a matter of inconvenience but a breach of trust. For the price we paid and the advance booking, we expected the hotel to honor its commitment. Unfortunately, it failed on every front, leaving us feeling frustrated and cheated. I cannot recommend this hotel and would advise others to proceed with caution when considering a stay here. Transparency and honesty should be a priority for any hospitality establishment, and this experience clearly lacked both.

Our stay was exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the service was prompt and flawless, and the accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. We were particularly impressed with the General Manager's excellent handling and the overall smooth management. Highly recommend

Most disgusting hotel experience. I travel for a living and have never experienced anything like it. Arrived at 17:30. Rooms are available from 14:00. Not our. We have waited over 2 hours to get into the room. Toilet doesn't work. Key doesn't work. When asking the staff for the GM they all disappeared. Still waiting outside the room. Have been travelling for 10 hrs and all we want is to rest. No chance at the joke of a hotel.

It was a comfortable stay with Great service. The food was delicious with a clean surrounding to eat at, they have a really co operative staff too. |Definitely recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay.|Location is feasible too.|Acess to easy transport from the property to all the tourist spots.|Hygiene was maintained well, and the room service was just as quick and good. The rooms were well kept, and the hot water and other living facilities were excellent.

The rooms are impeccable maintained specious and boast breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape .the food at the restaurants is simply divine I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

The bathroom was cramped, with the shower practically over the toilet, and none of the promised amenities were provided. This was a blatant breach of trust and a poor reflection of the hotel's standards. For the price and advance booking, such service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying here. Transparency and honesty are non-negotiable in hospitality, and this hotel failed on both counts.

Honestly it was really fantastic stay here with family of four. Hotel staff is professional and quite humble. No hidden charges. Great hospitality. Blindly go for it. Thank you !
