Staff is friendly and most efficient. Most of rooms require maintenance and most importantly location is very poor. The entrance road is totally damaged for last couple of years. If you think the place to book for marriage functions, must consider once again.

The whole experience is pathetic being stayed here. Rooms were so untidy. Dressing mirror is so dirty and even fan is making horrible sound. |Come to the restaurant part, no variety is there in the buffet and on aaking do they serve South Indian. The person says clearly know where as the lady on the time of booking said it's there in the menu. ||Worst n horrible experience. Entering this so called resort is like burning one pocket.
I had a terrible experience at this hotel, and I strongly recommend that no one should consider staying here. The pictures on their website are completely misleading, and the reality is far from what they show. The bathroom fittings were loose, the bedsheets had stains, and worst of all, there were bed bugs in the bed runners. In the freezing month of December, there wasn't even an electric kettle provided. The washrooms were in an awful state, with fungus growing in corners. The list of amenities on their website is nothing but false promises. They don't provide half of what they claim and have endless excuses for everything. To top it off, there was no lift in the building, and we had to carry our luggage up to the first floor ourselves. It was a horrible experience overall, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.
I recently stayed at Amargarh Resort and it was, by far, one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and here's why: 1. **Filthy Rooms**: The room was disgusting from the moment we walked in. There was dust everywhere, the bathroom was filthy, and we even found hair on the bed sheets! It was clear that housekeeping either skipped our room entirely or did a minimal job. 2. **Terrible Service**: The staff was rude, dismissive, and barely helpful. Any time we approached the front desk for assistance, we were met with annoyed looks and a dismissive attitude. It's as if they forgot they're in the hospitality business. 3. **Food Was a Nightmare**: The dining options were a disaster. The food was cold, bland, and clearly not fresh. I wouldn't be surprised if they were serving leftovers. For the price, it's outrageous that they're offering food of such poor quality. 4. **Amenities Were Broken/Nonexistent**: The advertised amenities were a joke. The pool was dirty, and wifi was not available. Nothing was as promised on booking apps, and it felt like false advertising. 5. **Overpriced and Not Worth a Dime**: For the high prices, I expected at least basic comfort. Instead, it felt like I was staying in a rundown motel. I can't believe they're charging so much for such a poor experience. Overall, This resort is a complete disappointment. I would give it zero stars if I could. Save yourself the frustration, and choose a different place to stay. This was an absolute waste of money, and I regret every second spent there.
Amargarh by Neelkanth Alura in Jodhpur is a property with potential but falls slightly short of expectations in some areas. The property itself is impressive, with traditional Rajasthani architecture and a spacious layout that creates a charming first impression. The rooms are decently sized and offer basic amenities, but the decor feels slightly outdated, and the maintenance could use more attention. The bathrooms, in particular, could be better cleaned and stocked. The staff is polite and helpful, but the service is inconsistent, especially during busy times. It often felt like there was a lack of coordination among the team, leading to delays in fulfilling requests. The restaurant offers a decent selection of food, though the quality and presentation were average. The outdoor areas and gardens are well-kept and provide a pleasant ambiance for evening strolls. Overall, Amargarh by Neelkanth Alura is an average option for a short stay in Jodhpur. With some improvements in room upkeep and service efficiency, it could become a more appealing choice for travelers.
Stayed here for 3 days and completely regret the decision of booking the resort. Photos on internet are misleading and the rooms are completely below par. Asked at the reception about changing rooms and feedback given to us was this is what you get in deluxue room. If better rooms are required book Super Deluxe rooms.
Located slightly on the outskirts of Jodhpur, the resort offers well-maintained rooms with centralized AC. The super deluxe room comes with a bathtub, adding to the comfort. Breakfast includes 4-5 options along with tea and coffee. The service is good, though there's room for improvement. It's basically suitable for wedding events . It has 50 rooms. The property has a spacious ground for playing, but there's no dedicated kids' play area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, the restaurant is not operational on festivals and Sundays, so guests may need to order food from nearby restaurants.
I wish there was an option for zero star. The rooms are dirty with growing moss. The bathroom is unhygienic and the commode has yellow filth which when confronted the hotel staff said is from hard water. The bathroom fittings are loose, they might just as well come in your hands. There is no provision of hot water in some rooms. We were a group of people so had to go to some one else's room to shower. There is a long list of amenities mentioned in their website alongside the room but please don't be surprised if the basic ones are not available. The bathroom towels have stains. Also, there is no lift in this property and if you have luggage, you need to help yourself as the staff is extremely rude and try throwing off a blame game. I would highly recommend anyone trying to find a place to stay in Jhodpur to stay clear off this place.
