Title: Bad experience with Amaara resort I recently stayed at Amaara Resort, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel did not live up to expectations. The room was in terrible condition. There was dust everywhere, including on the furniture, which was both unhygienic and unpleasant. The carpets were dirty, and I noticed stains in multiple places. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens seemed old and worn. The bathroom was the worst part--filthy with broken fixtures, peeling paint, and grime in every corner. It was clear that the hotel is not properly maintaining its rooms, which was very disappointing. There were no amenities to redeem this hotel. The hotel boasts of a range of services, but they were non-existent during my stay. There was no room service, and when I reached out to the front desk for assistance, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses. The service was by far the worst part of my stay. The reception team was rude and unaccommodating, and it felt like they were disinterested in helping guests. I asked for a few things during my stay, including simple requests like extra towels, but they were either ignored or met with an unhelpful response. There was absolutely no room service, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. While the location is decent, with the nature, it wasn't enough to make up for the poor quality of the hotel itself. I would not recommend The Amaara Resort to anyone. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, and the service was beyond poor. This hotel clearly lacks proper management and maintenance, and I will not be returning. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

When I went to visit Rajasthan, I stayed at Amaara Resort Jodhpur. The hotel is very nice. There are many trees and plants. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Here you can see different types of trees. The service is very good. The food was very good.

No hospitality My stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. I traveled with my family on a Jodhpur tour for a wedding at this resort, and this hotel was part of our stay in Jodhpur. I cannot express how awful the experience was. The most shocking part was discovering a big rat in the room. It's hard to describe how unsettling it was to see that, and it seemed like the management was completely unconcerned about it. That moment completely ruined any chance of feeling comfortable or safe during our stay. The rooms were in horrible condition--bedspreads and pillows were stained and ragged, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The level of cleanliness was dismal, and it felt like the hotel hadn't bothered to maintain or refresh any of the furnishings in years. To make matters worse, I couldn't even relax knowing that there might be insects and bugs lurking around. I spent the whole 2 nights on the edge of my stay, worried about what might crawl over me. The bathrooms were another disaster. Slippery floors made them dangerous, and the toilets were in a truly poor state. It was just an overall lack of care and cleanliness that made the stay incredibly unpleasant. Despite staying for only two nights, it felt like a lifetime. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place--there are far better options in Jodhpur that actually care about their guests.

Located at a very convenient location, 6 km from the railway station, this hotel has good spacious rooms and good staff. I would have liked more options in breakfast but the taste was very good. Definitely would recommend this hotel to all family traveler's.||||Thanks

I stayed at the Tree House Amaara Resort from 27th February to 2nd March 2025 to attend a personal wedding function held at the resort. While the natural atmosphere and greenery were beautiful but I was extremely disappointed with the service and overall experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone based on the following issues:||1. Unpleasant Room Conditions: I stayed in room 203, and there was a strong, unpleasant shrinking smell when entering. I noticed similar issues in other rooms as well, with poor ventilation making it uncomfortable to stay in.||2. Unpleasant Bathroom Odor: There was a consistent bad smell coming from the bathroom, which was not only uncomfortable but also made it difficult to relax during my stay.||3. Broken Tap: The shower tap was broken, which made it very difficult to open and close properly. This issue was quite inconvenient during my stay.||4. Low-Quality Amenities: The shampoo bottle in the bathroom was blocked, and I couldn't use it, which was a minor but frustrating issue.||5. Lack of Turndown Service: Despite reminders to the manager, Mr. Mohit Mathur, turndown service was not provided during my stay.||6. Missing AC Remote: The air conditioning remote was not placed in the room, leaving me unable to control the temperature in the room.||7. Inconsistent Water Bottles: Unlike most hotels, two water bottles were not provided every day, which is a basic necessity.||8. Staff Taking Meals: I observed several hotel staff members taking meals during the wedding function, even though it was not part of their duties, which felt unprofessional.||9. Unresponsive Manager: When I tried calling the hotel manager regarding service issues, my calls were ignored and the phone was switched off, which was extremely frustrating.||While the location itself is nice, the lack of attention to detail, poor service, and maintenance issues left a lot to be desired. For the price, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this resort for the stay to others.

I was attending a wedding here. It's a decent resort. Nothing very fancy or luxurious but a good one to visit if you getting it at reasonable rates. There's nothing extraordinary about it. The rooms were old and smelly, the services were poor may be because they were understaffed. But I believe it was a good deal for the budget pricing. Must mention the food was AMAZING. They have different halls and gardens for hosting different functions of bride and groom side. A very big place for destination wedding.

The resort is top notch. Everything is good i.e. from the service to the food. I must mention separately that the food is simply AMAZING. The quality of the rooms is good too. The resort is almost wheelchair accessible. The dining hall has one mid-sized step which is manageable without lifting the wheelchair.
