I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at AR Excellency Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all essential amenities. The staff was polite and responsive, always ready to assist. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and easy access to key city attractions. The in-house restaurant served tasty meals, and overall, the value for money was excellent. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

We had a two day stay in the hotel.The hotel exceeded our expectations the hotel overall is fantastic. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent and was even customised as per our preference. There is also a playground nearby, which was great for our family. While some reviews mentioned insects, we encountered very few during our stay. Additionally, the manager was friendly and accommodating and also the staff , not rude as some reviews suggested. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Bed and bedsheet 4/5. Tv remote battery and ac remote battery to be changed. Tv running ok. No extra accesoried like milk powder and tea packets. Overall Room and toilet clean before handover to customer 3/5. To be double cleaned before giving to customer. Room switches and lights 5/5. Coming to restaurant, free breakfast served on seat and buffer system too as per customer number. At my time served on my seat. Restaurant seating condition toilets and cooling 4/5. Food quality 4/5 just take care to serve food hot and fresh as much as possible. Food options pretty good . I ordered dinner in night 199 thali. Thali food quantity (1/5) quality (3/5 - paneer sabji below average dal excellent roti good dahi good sweet below average). Room service 4/5 reception always active. 1st thanks to Mr. Bhati ji he is very helpful manager. I Spent a couple of nights here. Room was tidy, AC worked well, and the place felt safe. The team was polite and quick to help when needed. It's not flashy, but it's reliable and peaceful--just what I needed.

I Stayed in the AR Excellency hotel on two occasions. On both the occasions the rooms were nice and clean, and the room service was good. The vegetarian food serviced by the restaurant of the hotel was delicious. The hotel is on the main road and is not far from railway station, airport and the main tourist places of the city. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Stayed there for one night, with a family group of six, booking two rooms. The rooms were clean and the room service was commendable. However, the hotel lacks accessibility features such as ramps and wheelchair provisions which may pose challenges for guests with mobility issues. Those traveling with a disabled member should make prior arrangements. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. 4/5

Stayed at A R Wxcelency, Jodhpur. Rates are budget-friendly, but the service quality truly stands out -- feels like a 3-star hotel! Rooms were clean, staff was helpful, and overall experience was way better than expected at this price point. Highly recommended for anyone looking for value with comfort.

We are disappointed by the service here. Although the room stay was fine but food service was pathetic. We were informed that Dinner was about to be ready by 9 P.M. While we reached at Restaurant section we got just 2 dishes which we paid for, not the dishes which were included in our package. Those 2 dishes were also served after 1 hour of wait. When we asked the serving boy about those dishes which we were about to be given in our package, he surprisingly replied we don't know about this Sir! Although the Manager said they informed them to prepare dinner in time. Even no water were there in the table. After asking for 2 times they gave water that too in Plastic Glasses. There were also no Tissue papers ready in the table. Thoroughly disappointed by the service. Service needs drastic improvements here. I am just sharing my experience here so that these issues get solved in the future.
