Bijolai Palace Jodhpur, by Inde Hotels & Resorts

A little bit remote near the lake. Rooms were basic a bit overpriced but what irked me was stepmotherly attitude towards domestic tourists. Particularly the breakfast which vastly superior when foreigners were staying. But ambience of the ground was nice

I had a fully Paid booking for two room for 27th Dec 2024. When arriving u started calling the three number mention in booking slip, all three was switched off. Then called whatsApp number, never responded or answered of my text. I tried to reach following google map and landed into a gate where the name was written on wall, horned for 5 minutes, nobody turned out as if it looks the hotel is closed. I tried to contact for two reason, one we were getting kate and to inform we are coming and two, to take guidance in road to reach them. Never imagined, a hotel company can have such a neglected behaviour and can stay on business. I will urge all travellers not to book in this property, it's in a wrong place and most importantly their response, and neglected attitude to their guest.

Unpleasant Stay at Bijolai - Not Worth the Money I stayed at Bijolai on December 7, 2024, and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. The room was dirty and had a foul odor, which immediately set the tone for the stay. To make matters worse, the bedsheet had holes in it, reflecting a lack of basic upkeep. The food was terrible, lacking both quality and taste, and the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. Service was painfully slow, adding to the frustration. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise against choosing this place if you're looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I recently attended a family wedding at Bijolai Palace, Jodhpur. The venue offers a serene and picturesque environment, perfect for intimate events. The charm and quiet ambience at the palace truly set it apart. However, the room services fell short in a few areas: inconsistent drinking water availability, lack of quality toiletries, no proper in-room tea/coffee/kettle setup, dim lighting across rooms, non-functional TVs, and slow internet. These issues detracted from the overall experience, and I hope they are addressed soon. Despite these challenges, the venue's charm and ambiance make it a great venue for events.

Very good hotel , located approx 8 km away from main city. Hotel comes under kings property. Earlier it was a hunting home of king but afterwards it's converted into hotel. When I have visited here, there was less staff but they were managing everything. Every evening they used to call local singles for singing traditional songs which was really enjoyable. The only gap I observed that they are focusing more on money making ( it's okay as they running business but it's reflects very clearly during any discussions). Staff seems to be very serious in nature, they smiles only on special occasions

I had a terrible experience at Bijolai Palace, Jodhpur. The staff's behavior was extremely unprofessional, and they seemed completely untrained in dealing with customers. Despite calling multiple times for assistance with a broken washroom flush, no one came to fix it, nor did the reception team bother to respond. The service was incredibly poor and disappointing for a property that claims to offer a luxurious experience.

Property is good but maintenance of property is poor , Service is very bad. We reached there at 5:30 PM approx two hour beyond their check in time but still they took two hours to allot rooms. even no water was served even after several requests. Our dinner was include but at time of dinner no buffet was there then they give us option as ala-carte for only two disses. Food was not good.

Stay was good and recommended. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Mr Kuldeep was really a supportive person. He arranged safari and cab for us in a reasonable amount. Overall it was a wonderful stay. It is safe for family as well with proper amenities.
