The Jaisalmer Resort

Our stay at this resort was far from satisfactory. Here are the key issues we faced: 1.Poor Room Services: The room service was highly unresponsive and disappointing. Requests took ages to be addressed, if at all. 2.Unhygienic Conditions: The rooms and washrooms were unclean and had a foul smell throughout our stay. Basic cleanliness seemed to be ignored entirely. 3.Subpar Food Quality: The food was below average in taste and quality. Additionally, vegetarian and non-vegetarian items were served at the same counter, which was highly unacceptable and insensitive, especially without proper verification of preferences. 4.Unprofessional Staff: The staff appeared disinterested in resolving customer grievances. Any complaints were met with indifference and were left unresolved. 5.Overpriced Rooms: The rooms were heavily overpriced for the poor facilities provided. Similar or even better facilities can easily be found elsewhere at a fraction of the cost. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the money. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Jaisalmer.

One of the worst hotels ever. Do not trust the google reviews and ratings like I did. In fact this is the second time I'm putting up a review for this hotel today, cos they deleted my previous review. Everything is very old, broken, dirty. The bed was still sleepable if that's even a word. The bathroom toilet were freaking dirty as hell. They have a random parking space where the hotel staff don't even bother asking their guests to park responsibly. People park anyhow they want. They just do not care I'm uploading the reality for you to decide rest is up to you. The breakfast they serve is stale so I only had the bananas. They provide bananas, bread butter, tea coffee, poha. I paid 7.5k for two rooms for one night. Even the oyo rooms are better than this.

It was really a very refreshing and satisfying experience of stay with my wife and child in this resort . Very good service and professional staff and management . The best part was the accessibility of Mr Anil Kumar the CEO of the resort and ji's involvement in planing even the minutest of the iteniary . Icing on the cake was the dinning experience ever smiling Kamlesh ji the Resturant captain and Subham and Bhom singh . They created just the right environment and vibes for perfect dinning . This resort looks good thereafter we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Our detail review is as under - 1) Rooms - rooms look good at the first glance but they r old and not well maintained. Washrooms are big but not much maintained. They provide toiletries which are not branded. Plus towels are having stains. Towels are available but small face napkins are not. Huge problem of hot water. Hot water doesn't come from shower at all. No pressure for hot water tap. So, one bucket takes half an hour to fill. 2) Kettle is provided in the room. Cups are not very clean. 3) Food - taste of the breakfast was good but it was not served hot and not many options were available. 4) Ambience is good. Service is satisfactory. Summary - in view of the above mentioned service conditions, the cost and charges are too high. Since you pay so much cost, u come with a lot of expectations. You may get disappointed a bit.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they were there for us 24/7. Comfortable spacious room. Including breakfast buffet with several options. Nice garden to relax.

Staff service is very slow. Washroom is very dirty also food quality very worst. Resort swimming pool water is very dirty. All over location is good, Room size is ok, staff service and food quality very poor.

I strongly discourage you to book a room in the property. Property Service and Staff are very rude. Food is worst amongst entire Jodhpur. We had a very bad experience with this resort. Please don't waste your money.

The resort is to good. It is so beautiful location . And the service is so good. I go to trip with her friends and stay this resort his food is so good in test . And his quentity and quality is so beat. I wish wo go and stay thank you
