We had an awesome stay at Jaisan Haveli . The staff was really very kind , the rooms were very spacious and clean . The prices were reasonable . Rooms were greatly decorated. The bathrooms were also cleaned but the drainage were choked and it was a problem for us . The balconies provided a wonderful view of the fort

Their rooms are clean and big but don't fall for their package of overnight camp and safari. They will show good picture album to lure you . Expensive package and not at all worth for the price . The actual cost of jeep safari is 1000/- if you directly go at Kanoi but they told us 3500/- and camel safari 1000/-. The camp Rooms was first shown of different luxury hotel, but we were provided basic hotel name Anantara . We were initially not ready because of cold temperatures but they said it will be warm there but it was not. Camp room was not clean, bed sheets , blankets were filthy , bathroom buckets were very dirty. And you feel so cold in the camps no heater provided. Dinner and breakfast Food was also very basic and substandard quality. Night shows were good but not worth the price

My stay at Jaisan Haveli was an absolute disaster. From the start, the hotel overcharged us for their so-called "luxury" rooms, which were anything but luxurious. The photos on their website are completely misleading, and what we got was subpar at best. After a frustrating round of negotiations, we settled on a price that included both breakfast. However, this agreement turned out to be meaningless. The next morning, we were told we had to pay for the breakfast and it was no longer included. They switched up the terms completely last minute, leaving my family of 15 in a bind. The service during dinner was already awful, but this bait-and-switch tactic was beyond unacceptable. Feeling scammed and insulted, we refused to pay for the breakfast and decided to eat elsewhere. The food quality was mediocre at best, the service was rude, and the entire experience felt like a scam targeting foreigners. Jaisan Haveli is overpriced, untrustworthy, and entirely disrespectful. I strongly advise anyone, especially travelers from abroad, to avoid this hotel at all costs. Save your money and dignity and find a place that values its guests.

Jaisan Haveli hotel is a delight! We had an enchanting stay here. The location is fabulous, near to the fort and wonderful views from the fabulous rooftop terrace. The rooms are beautifully decorated, extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable beds! Abdul is the wonderful manager who makes your stay special and is always ready to help you with anything your heart desires. I highly recommend Jaisan haveli hotel.

Best choice in Jaisalmer!! + Abdul is a wonderful host. Its haveli is clean, with hot water, beautifully decorated and ideally located (golden fort main city). The rooftop offers direct Fort view and city view and a relaxing retreat for a delicious meal. Abdul was able to accompany our stay in Jaisalmer perfectly by offering us activities in our image. He generously took us on a jeep to reach the various points of interest. His desert safari also corresponded to what we had come to look for. Still respectful, Abdul never forces his hand. His team is kind and welcoming. In short, we could not dream of a better hotel and a better host than.jaisan haveli

This is an amazing place it was very comfortable and the rooms were very spacious the AC in the bedrooms were working very well Abdul and and his team looked after his really well. The icing on the cake was the food and the service we got. I stayed in ummed Bhavan for one night lots of money as stumbled upon this via Google because we didn't want to stay at the desert camp. Honestly everywhere else was just a waste of money.
