False promises, unfaithful and very poor service. Staff is very arrogant. Booked a tent which was torned completely from inside. Was Unhygienic with poor cultural show. Their Package included drop off to Jaisalmer railway station but driver ran away and switched off his mobile phone. We had to book another rickshaw. Do not book their package at all.
The experience is very good. The behavior of Mr Unis bhai is very good and informative. The driver bhai Mr Obhaye is also very polite and helpful. I highly recommend these tour packages.
Good experience with the camp. Swiss tent stay is clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and Food (Breakfast and Dinner) was very tasty with local Rajasthani Cuisine.
