Hotel Oasis Jaisalmer

The hotel ambience is good, service excellent. One point I found to be noted by hotel manager that the wall mounted EPWC is fixed on wall higher than the convenient height. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Hotel rooms are good, hotel is on terrace facing towards jaisalmer fort which is plus point.Food is like home food ,Staff are good. Owner son himself look after restaurant. Fort, Patwari haveli are near to hotel. During winter have food on open terrace with camp fire is excellent. Travel services are also available.Only one thlng is once hotel is booked with price not negotiable. Rating 10 Hotel -9 Staff-9 Food-9 One thing never book taxi with hotel persons they are taking commission .Enquire before booking taxi

Placed in an amazing location. With full facilities of Laundry, continuous hot water, provides excellent services for air and railway bookings,arranges taxi for sightseeing

The telephone wire was broken, lights keeps on cutting out. Staffs are rude. No hot water and have to ask for it. Food will not come and they asked for us to change our rooms in the morning. Too expensive for rooms, fully fooled us!! Overall Horrendous. Never coming here again.

Stayed here for a day , post staying in other 2 hotels in Jaisalmer . Let me tell you they are one of nicest , well behaved staff .. it is well maintained, clean and cosy places . Rooms are specious and very comfy bed. Specially bathroom is very specious , Clean , hygienic . Special shout out for terrace restaurant . Tasty food and very nice View of fort and wind mills . Highly recommended stay .

Worst experience in hotel. Pricing is too high and even basic amenities and wifi is not available. Tea served in broken cups.

It was a very cordial experience we had while our stay.
