Hotel Mantra Heritage Jaisalmer

I had a wonderful stay! The staff's behavior was exceptional--friendly and attentive throughout. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Jaisalmer Fort, making it convenient to explore the city. Everything you need is within easy reach. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaisalmer!

Superior double room: stayed overnight and had a wonderful experience of hospitality, service and food . Will definitely stay here again if ever - location is also too good and rooms and mattresses are neat and clean. Care for your taste and stay without any blemish. Just excellent.

We had booked 3 night stay here, our stay was very comfortable, big neat and clean room, location perfect and very close to fort. They also have roof top hotel with fort view. Food quality is good and in budget. Overall experience is good

- If you want to experience a stay in a hotel with great reception, ambience and room service, this is not the hotel for you. If you are comfortable staying in usual lodging like facility or something little better than that, it's for you. However, I found it pricey considering the overall experience and facilities available here. - This hotel is set up in a small two story building present in a very narrow lane. They don't have any parking of their own. You will have to park on the roadside and it's usually congested and Jaisalmer's overall traffic makes things worse for you. - Breakfast is included but they bring parcels for you from somewhere else. - Hotel room was clean however some basic facilities are not adequate. Most worrying one is hot water. They have very small geysers and it wastes lot of time in waiting for hot water. - Hotel is 100-200 meters away from the Jaisalmer fort entry gate. So, location is good that way. - Don't book Desert Camp through this hotel, and certainly not without knowing details of the camp site. They offer you camping in one of the poorest desert camps where tents are not clean (forget about Swiss & luxury tents as they show you in the photos & videos), and Jeep & Camel Safari are just making fool out of you. - I booked this hotel online and I can tell you that you will get much cheaper deals if you book hotel, camping and Safaris on arrival in Jaisalmer instead of booking through Make My Trip. - By the way, the person Gajendra Singh who runs or manages the hotel is really good in nature and he is very helpful as well.

We had very pleasant stay. Very good room. We took deluxe fort view one. Walkable distance from fort and other view points nearby within 1km range. Breakfast was very good. Hot dishes were served by Narendra kumar ji. Great stay. Will love to stay back on my next visit of Jaisalmer.

We had a good stay there. It is just walking distance to fort . Little interior side but manageable. New property having 6 rooms . Rooms were neat and clean. Service was also Great. Breakfast was so tasty. After our checkout they kept our luggage inside hotel so we could visit local jaisalmer. And in evening when we came back they provided us room for half an hour for changing etc. The only problem was electricity issue in the morning in the area that day. So some guests were getting disturbed for not having warm water. Hotel should have some backup plans for such situations. Like water can be boiled on gas etc

We are very happy to stay at Mantra Heritage. Rooms are clean & 24 hrs hot water is available. All care takers & staff are humble & welcoming. Also we enjoy home type food there on rooftop with fort view. Thanks Vikram & team for being so kind & service oriented
