Hotel Mahadev Palace

I recently visited to this hotel. This hotel has good ambience outside but when we enter the hotel it was terrible. The hotel lobby was very dirty. The hotel room was very disappointing. The room had damp smell and the bedding where very dirty. The hotel room was lacking basic amenities. The hotel didn't provide us with electric kettle, water bottles, tea and coffee arrangements. They didn't have hot water in bathrooms also. The towels where dirty. Coming to food, we ordered shahi paneer and chapati. Shahi paneer was bland and lack all taste. Roti was so thick. And on top of this they refused the morning breakfast which was included in our package. They charged us Rupees 7000/- for one night. But this room was not more than Rupees 2000/- . We had very bad experience.

All the reviews which says this is good hotel are fake, this is absolutely terrible hotel for this price. Only the building looks good from outside but the rooms are very old and not cleaned at all. The toilets and bed are not clean and the bedsheets has hairs from other guests

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was dirty, AC remote was not provided despite multiple requests and the extra bed was not provided on time despite requesting multiple times. They said that that it was changed over time and we would have to wait for the next batch of staff to come to get our extra bed. At around 10:30 pm one of the staff came and just rudely threw the extra bed and sheets on the floor and left. We had to make the bed ourselves. If there were an option for Zero stars I would have selected that.

Rooms were good we had four rooms in our room 208 the bathroom was having termites behind its door sometimes the termites started peeling out of the door and I can't bath but the rooms were good I request the owner to tell the room services that clean the term awayaway

Such a worst hotel I have ever seen in my entire life.. the bedsheets were torn the pillow cover was soooo dirty and looked like someone has used it.. the blanket also was full of dirt and stains the curtains hasn't been washed since ages.. the ac was no working and Jaisalmer was 40 degree no water bottle nothing... rude staffs n bad food only name in palace the hotel is a dust bin

Thish hotel is old proprty not a good room's not room service good and diwali Diwali vacation paired check in 02:00pm & check out 09:00am what is time

Rooms are fantastic. Well maintained property with swimming pool. The staff was cooperative. Property is best with nice ambience. I had given 3 star in service for taste of food and availability of menu in buffet breakfast.
