Hotel Fort Junction Jaisalmer

Very good location... Excellent service and clean rooms.... Staff behaviour is very good and helpful... Stay here and feel luxury.

We booked 2 rooms at this hotel a week in advance and paid for our stay. However, on the day of check-in, we received a call from the hotel stating that they had canceled our reservation. Despite our booking confirmation in the app, we were told they would find alternative accommodations at another hotel. After a lengthy and frustrating argument, they finally agreed to honor our original booking. Unfortunately, the staff remained rude throughout our entire two-night stay.

The hotel is a newly constructed property and was clean. But lacked all the basic amenities.There were bugs inside the room. They did not provide any toiletries. And when we raised this concern during checkout they misbehaved with us. The guy mentioned its a 4 star property whereas there was nothing except bed in the room. No wardrobe, no tea/coffee. We got the hotel through the agent who booked our sam dunes package. We mentioned another hotel to the agent but due to unavailability he booked us here. The property is very near to the fort but there were no medical shops near by. While checking out when we asked for UPI or card payment for the coffee that we ordered they said no UPI or card is available , only cash payment. He started arguing with us and when we got adamant that we will pay only via UPI , suddenly he gave us a QR code. We asked to call the owner and the person said he is the owner.And he was extremely rude. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Firstly the location is so beautiful and the service is great.. Thank u Dariya bhai and the kid Alim for their kind gestures and how they make sure we are very comfortable and stressfree.. must recommended brothers coz the price is soo much affordable. Thank u once again..

Location of the hotel is good. Rooms are quite ok. But they can improve their service.
