Desert Tulip Jaisalmer

Beautiful hotel, but no bar; so no alcohol served ! We had room 208 with a stunning view at the swimming pool. Nice bathroom but after taking a shower the whole bath room was wet. Swimming pool was nice, but very little chairs to sit and relax as well as towels to get at reception. Diner & breakfast in buffet. Nice and good vary of dishes

At first sight, this looks like a really grand hotel, where we spent 2 nights touring northern India. Large room overlooking the pool, large bed, but the room could do with a refresh. Ok cleanliness wise. Nice pool area, but could do with more |loungers. On the first night we went to dinner 5 mins after it started, and the dining room was full with large tables of large tour groups, it was like a school dining hall. To say they ate everything was an understatement and most of the buffett was very low or empty, having to push in to get anything, not wanting to wait after being busy all day we left, and apparently it was refilled after we left. The table we had to sit at was right at the edge of the room as an afterthought, and staff that night were totally disorganised. The next night couldn't have been different, we went 5 mins early, and although full, got a great table. The Buffett was hot and full with lovely ice cream for dessert, staff were great and really attentive. I think they need to look at using the restaurant that was closed for smaller groups and couples, it would have made the experience so much better. It is obvious that it is on the coach your route, but they could do more to make the solo traveller experience better.

Preeti is receptionist staff and is very help full and comprate. The pool is wonderful......|The food is very good. I LOVE this place very much. I will return soon. The room is large and confortable. It's very near from interesting historic and tourist places

Delicious food, great service. beautiful atmospheric building. Swimming pool in the middle , perfect for the afternoon heat. The lady at the reception is wonderful. Professional, helps with a smile in all difficulties. Polecam

Hotel is located in Hotel Hub area of Jaisalmer before entering city. Area is not fully occupied. Hotel is good, have decent rooms. Breakfast is okay. Lunch & Dinner was good. Rooms were okay with double bed & television facility. Room service is a bit slow. Hotel has ample of open area & swimming pool as well.

Good hotel, but food variety, quality and taste could be improved upon. Good for tourists who book their vacation through travel portals/agents. Good for bulk bookings. Good for family vacations. There is a puppet show in the evenings which is complimentary.

The hotel was designed like a palace, with large, spacious rooms. The overall ambiance of the hotel was stunning. The restaurant was also excellent, offering great food, and the staff was very supportive and attentive. It's located about 2-3 km away from Jaisalmer's main city, which offers a peaceful environment while still being close enough to the main attractions."

Good Resort Clean rooms with decent size. Maintained property with good Amenities. The staff is Polite and well mannered. Delicious food. I think this is all required for a good trip.
