The hotel's excellent hospitality, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and mouth-watering food made our stay truly special. The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were really friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. But the highlight of our stay was the food - it was simply the best! I believe this is the best hotel if you are travelling with your friends and family. We stayed in a quadruple occupancy room which is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The service is impeccable with friendly staff who cater to your every need. The rooftop restaurant is their specialty serving authentic Rajasthani delicacies. A must visit place in Jaisalmer!

Good location, average property and terrible management. I booked the hotel through Makemy trip requesting for early check in the owner was helpful as it was too early, i was accommodated for 5 hours in a hotel next door. For which i was charged rs.500. However my room was not ready even after 1200h and an unprepared room was handed over to me as can be seen in the photos. If this was not enough the hotel staff shifted my personal belongings from my allotted room to some other room in my absence without even informing me. The owner instead of accepting the mistake aggressively tried to convince that it is normal and kept on harping about the 'help' in early check in for which i was charged. I am regular visitor to Jaisalmer and have stayed at few very nice hotels, this experience was terrible to say the least.

The food was delicious, with a variety of local Rajasthani dishes that truly captured the essence of the region. The staff deserves a special mention--they were attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. They also helped me plan my sightseeing, ensuring I didn't miss any of Jaisalmer's gems, such as the Fort, the Havelis, and the sand dunes. The Golden House offers a perfect combination of comfort, culture, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jaisalmer, and I can't wait to return for another stay!

Great stay and superb behaviour of the staff. Very much supportive reception and clean rooms. And not to mention very good and tasty food.

We have visited Jaisalmer with Family during the diwali time. For us it is bit difficult to find the hotel during the Pick festive hour. So we have search the hotel on book my show and we have booked it online by best affordable rates. They have shifted us from deluxe to Large family room as they have vacant room for that day. Also, room service is good. Only the disadvantage is they don't have kitchen so you have to go outside for food. But we have found 2-3 near by restaurants which almost walking distance 100 mtrs from Hotel we didn't face that much problem Also, they have good spots inside the hotel for family and Couple photography.
