Front Desk experience - 10/10, Guest/Customer Relations - 10/10 Our check-in experience was excellent. Smooth check-in process with special mention of Aditya at Reception. Diya (Duty Manager), who checked us in, was very courteous and generous,very knowledgeable and surprised us with a nice Dhol welcome, traditional Rajasthani Tilak, cake and room decoration to celebrate our anniversary. Room and Property Ambience - 10/10 The room and property ambience was fantastic. The decor of the entire property was a sight to see, we were impressed with it. Housekeeping - 10/10 Rooms were very clean and were perfectly stocked with all required amenities Food/Chef Group 10/10 The chef's team and the food, both were excellent at this hotel. Very helpful, very polite chefs. They would always support for any requests that we had. Breakfast buffet area was well stocked with many choices. Enjoyed the food during our stay. Special shout out to Kailash for providing usdelicious tea everyday. Thanks to Suraj Pal for taking care of our family during breakfast and Dinner and as a nice surprise provided us a nice cake when we were checking out. Overall rating 10/10 and would definitely recommend this nice Hotel to all my friends.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the Jaisalmer Marriott at the end of our two-week tour of Rajasthan. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, making for a relaxing experience.||The staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help. ||A special shout-out to Head Chef Pratabh ji, whose vibrant energy and enthusiasm truly stood out. He took the time to connect with each guest and delighted us with daily specialties that showcased his remarkable talent. We still fondly remember the jalebee and the glee on his face as he served them to the the guests at breakfast--we could not resist enjoying seconds (and thirds!) ||We also want to highlight Jyoti, who expertly managed the dining seating, especially during the busy breakfast rush. She handled everything with professionalism and grace.||Another delightful aspect was watching a staff member scatter seeds for the birds. It was heartwarming to see the birds flocking to enjoy their treat as she stepped away.||Lastly, the hotel shop offered a fantastic selection of shawls, clothing, and jewelry, all presented in a comfortable setting with knowledgeable staff on hand to assist.||Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks to its excellent facilities and outstanding team!

Had a wonderful experience staying at Marriott Jaisalmer. Staff is welcoming and service is awesome. Special thanks to Mr Sanjay , Duty Manager for all the help towards organising the dune visits.||Buffet spread is wide and overall food quality is good. Chef Bhanu Pratap Singh makes sure that everyone is well taken care of bringing in so much energy. And of course great food.||Rooms are well maintained. Thanks Sanjoy for taking the pains to decorate the suite.

Recently stayed at the Jaisalmer Marriott. We had an amazing experience. The hotel is fairly huge and easily accessible. We were welcomed by the staff with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality. Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were well stocked and very clean and with bright lights and decent furniture as well as storage. The beds were comfortable and it was easy to control the room temperature. Enough water bottles provided and there were welcome sweets also as a very pleasant surprise. There was daily afternoon/evening tea with snacks, puppet show etc in the courtyard. Again, the whole experience was very enjoyable. The restaurant staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. The breakfast selection was massive with every item well prepared and delicious. Perhaps for us that was the best part of our stay. We truly enjoyed our time there and would stay there again if we were to be back in Jaisalmer. I absolutely recommend this property and would like to congratulate the owners and the staff was providing an amazing and very memorable experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights attending a destination wedding recently.||It's a nice property with spacious rooms, ours overlooked the Jaisalmer Fort. ||Good service and more than adequate buffet breakfast. ||The only wedding function held at this property was at the central courtyard: ||Very beautifully decorated with amazing F&B choices||Definitely lives upto the Marriott brand. ||Recommended

Stayed at Jaisalmer Marriot from March 17-20. Had stayed here in March 2023 too. Stay here was excellent, same as in 2023. They have maintained their standards which is exceptional. There is a positive vibe about the place the moment you enter. Cleanliness is of top order. The staff are well mannered and courteous. Food is excellent and an experience in itself. Chef Pratap and his team will pamper your taste buds with food so well cooked and tasty that it will feel like you are having it from your kitchen at home. |It was an amazing experience. Marriot Jaisalmer is easily one of the top hotels in India. Just visit it to experience their hospitality.
