Hotel Swan Haveli Jaisalmer

We had a great stay here. The people here are friendly and food is pretty decent too. There are many havelis but the locations are shady. But this one is far better than the one we booked (and couldn't stay). Their pricing is affordable and it's kept clean. Best part was my kid had forgotten a pair of gold earrings and upon our return from local sightseeing, we were handed over promptly.

This hotel / haveli is a real gem, a lucky find. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. We were welcomed and supported well by all staff. Thank you Hotel Swan Haveli

Terrible Experience at the Hotel swan haveli... I had one of the worst experiences during my recent stay at this hotel . The service was incredibly disappointing. * Dinner Delays: we had dinner waited from 8pm to 10.30 pm and but it still hadn't arrived , finally we went to other restaurants for dinner after 10.30pm ..very bed experience I have ever had. * Basic Amenities Missing: The geyser was not working, and to make things worse, the charging plugs were also non-functional. Such negligence is unacceptable, especially when you're paying for comfort and convenience. Definitely not recommending this place unless they seriously step up their services

Pro: Hotel room is very clean and neat, Spacious. Good interior decorations. Nice ambience. Con: Breakfast items were very limited and doesn't have much . Expected more for this hotel. Location outside the hotel is kind of congested and dirty but ok...

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Please do not book, one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. If your room has windows then it's ok else you are left in a cold dark box cause most of the time there is no electricity in the hotel. I was in room 301 and the inverter connection does not work. The staff is good in behaviour but very very slow in processing your request. The internet is so slow that tv does not work. Management is absolutely stupid and does not understand the meaning of client management or assistance. There is no backup available for electricity as the inverter is not capable of handling all the rooms. Without electricity there is no charging, no hot water, and you have to keep the door open for light causing the cold air to rush in. Please don't book this hotel.

No service at all, no power back up, worst food. Even if you include breakfast in your package, you will get some 2 - 3 options and that too worst quality and cold food. They will take the money during check-in and hence whatever you tell them will have no effect on them. The management and staff seems to have changed as with such poor quality service, this property could not have secured such high ratings in past.

Very well maintained hotel with well mannered Staff. Mr.Narayan the main man very helpful and knowledgeable person so happy to stayed in that Hotel with my family. Must visit Hotel...
