The hotel was lovely, truly feeling like a five-star establishment. The rooms were beautifully decorated and exceeded expectations. The view from the top floor was breathtaking, both during the day and at night, offering a stunning sight of the fort. However, the food left something to be desired. I ordered lasagna, but it was too salty and did not taste very good. Overall, my experience at the hotel was positive.

I stayed here just recently with my daughter and grandson. It's a modern central hotel close to shops, walking distance from the fort. The rooftop restaurant and bar are amazing with wonderful views. The staff are super friendly and helpful in every aspect. They can arrange money exchange for you. The pizzas are delicious. You can relax on the rooftop. A great place to stay.

This hotel is ultra clean, spacious, and in a great location. We highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast and dinner on the roof top is spectacular. While there are many options in Jaisalmer this hotel provided tremendous value. Staff is also very friendly with great spaces from a beautiful pool, rooftop, open air sitting area in the middle of the hotel.

Rupal residency is a very new property and near to the fort or city Center. We walked to the fort, market, mandir palace etc. some good restaurants are also nearby. Location is excellent. Our room was fort view, can see the fort anytime. Hotel has rooftop restaurant, excellent view of fort from there. We observe sun rise and sun set from the rooftop, no need to go anywhere. Room services are very good. Swimming pool also well maintained.

Rupal Residency is in the city centre and all the city points are nearby. The staff was exceptional. The food is also very good. We have enjoyed breakfast and dinner very much. I have asked them to arrange a birthday cake and room decoration which they have done in 1 hr. The play area for the kids is very good and children will enjoy a lot. The child food is also available on demand and free of cost. Overall all very nice experience Stay dates 15Jan to 19Jan 25

It's a great hotel overall. Since I'm used to staying in resorts, it felt slightly less spacious, but from a hotel perspective, it was impressive. Located in a prime area, it's equidistant from all the top tourist spots in town. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptionally courteous. The room size was decent, and the rooftop restaurant was enjoyable. Although it gets a bit crowded, which affects service slightly, there's nothing to complain about. The live music with a view of Jaisalmer Fort was a highlight. I didn't use the pool, but it looked very appealing. The hotel also offers a small activity center, a kids' area, and a gym in the basement, all well-maintained. I highly recommend it for your stay. Giving it a 5/5, especially for its outstanding service!

We made reservation for a big group. Tanveer was very helpful and professional. During the stay, we enjoyed their hospitality and the team's service levels were extremely good. They ensure that we had a memorable trip. Rooms were very roomy and housekeeping was 'on point'. Area of improvement would be the quality of food ie both taste and quality of ingredients used. Also the breakfast spread was the same throughout our 6 night stay. I would strongly recommend this property for anyone visiting Jaisalmer.
