Hotel Royal Heritage Jaisalmer

This was our second time visiting your hotel.the facility was lovely with beutiful architecture and details.the staff is amazing the room have been comfortable and immaculate. Great experience staying in the hotel Excellent location, we was lucky to be upgraded to a superior room with window. The staffs survices are excellent throughout and they are very attentive.we are very happy and much appreciated being served by them.thank u very much.will be back.

We stayed at this place in December 2024. The owner was very courteous and let us check in early without any extra charge. The room / washroom was clean enough. The food was okay. The view from the building was of the sunset point and that gave nice Jaisalmer vibes. He arranged for vehicle and activities at Sam sand dunes which were good but we realised we paid more with him than at the location.

Hotel Royal Heritage claims to be a 3-star property, but unfortunately, it doesn't quite live up to the expectations. The washroom was below average, with poor maintenance and cleanliness. To make things worse, there was no hot water available in the morning, which is a basic necessity in any hotel. The rooftop restaurant on the 4th floor offers decent views, but climbing up without an elevator is quite inconvenient, especially after a long day. Additionally, veg and non-veg food are prepared and served together, which might not sit well with some guests. The location feels odd and a bit disconnected, making it less convenient for travelers. Considering the overall experience, it doesn't offer value for money and feels overpriced for the services provided. On a positive note, the staff was courteous and helpful, which was one saving grace during the stay. Overall, unless there's a significant improvement in facilities and services, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
