Hotel Pol Haveli Jaisalmer

This hotel honestly made our trip to Jaisalmer, we heard many recommendations but still were surprised. Location was great, quiet and suggestes many lounging options, rooftop and views of the city. Also the restaurant and cafe - everything we had was great, almost all our meals were had there. The room was amazingly clean, definitely one of the cleanest room I have seen while traveling in India, great bed and shower. Hot water was always available. The staff are incredibly helpful, nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We booked the desert experience through them and everything was easy and worth every rupee. Big recommendation!!!

Great hotel, clean, spacious, beautiful rooms. Amazing restaurant with delicious food. The safari was stunning and hosted by amazing desert men. The staff at this hotel are all SO welcoming, kind and generous. They helped me with any problems I had and went out of there way to make me feel comfortable in Jaisalmer. I will be back!

The staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling, always on point to help you with anything and very patient. They make your whole stay so uncomplicated.|They offer free pick up/drop off from the train and bus station, depending on availability you can check in early or check out late. Free room upgrade for us. Also they organise different dessert safari tours with fair prices. The food was amazing. We spent most of our time in the beautiful open restaurant space with the most relaxing atmosphere. The location is great.|Would definitely recommend this place. Thanks to the team for everything.

This place is a gem, with stunning arches and intricate sculptures that give it a real old-world charm. You can crash here for a fair price, and the hospitality is top-notch--they even dropped me off at my place for free! The staff are all smiles, super friendly, and make you feel right at home. The food is crazy affordable and seriously good. And if you're into cocktails, the citrus mix is an absolute must-try.

Hotel pol haveli very nice, owner is helpful, food is very testy, room service & rooms are very good. The location of this hotel is very nice. It is close to the city fort, also near to the railway station. I have great memories in this hotel, I really recommend to anyone to come to this place! Also the best service is the pick up and drop! We stayed in the suite room of Pol Haveli Jaisalmer, the room was very pretty and clean. All the facilities were top notch. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, gave quick responses to our requests. The rooftop place was also very cozy and beautiful. Everything was amazing. The location is also pretty good.
