Hotel Marina Mahal with Swimming Pool

I recently stayed at Hotel Marina Mahal and was quite disappointed with the experience. The rooms were very average, lacking any standout features. The TV in my room wasn't working, which was frustrating. The washroom was poorly stocked--there were no basic amenities like shampoo, soap, or a dental kit. Service was below average, with staff not being particularly attentive or responsive. While the property does have a swimming pool, it doesn't make up for the overall shortcomings. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you're expecting a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I recently visited Jaisalmer and chose Hotel Marina Mahal for one night stay. They offered us their suite at affordable price. Even the staff is cooperative and helpful. They provide us late checkout for our convenience. Their snacks tastes amazing. Not too far from city centre. Hence a good hotel to stay.

Mr Fateh Ali Khan (BAPU) is a gentlemen. I forgot one of my bag at hotel. He noticed and called me and managed to deliver me. Regards to hotel it's good, Room was clean and good service. We have spent one night in hotel and one in dessert camp. Camp was average but hotel was good. Thank you!

It was good kinda place just make sure you don't eat dinner here or you'll have to settle for really less. Other services are good. Good staff good rooms.

Wrost hotel my stay is 2 days in this hotel with my family .Hotel roof is like open bar we are not able to sit with my family for dinner and tea. Wrost manager even he is not bothered about this.No taking sense.I pay two days dinner payment to travel agent but the staff is not aware about my dinner arrangements because of their manager Ali . I and my family taking dinner outside the hotel and paid more which I am not suppose to pay.Very arrogant manger and no hospitality by the hotel team.I waste my money to book this hotel through travel agent. Never suggest any body to stay if you visit with your family Wrost experience not at all three star categories hotel.

Never seen such a highly priced hotel with this kind of service. Rooms were given at downstairs which are too cold . From somewhere air was coming inside the room as it is december. Breakfast was also so so. Only limited choice.

Fully satisfied with service. Hotel staff provide me pick and drop facility, breakfast & dinner, city tour.. complete tour package in affordable price. Staff and service was all good.

The worst hotel. Rooms are dirty sheets are bad. I would give minus rating but it's not the option. Don't go for it if you want a decent place to stay.
