Hotel Heritage House

The welcome to the hotel was exceptional. We had a beautifully decorated spacious room on the top floor leading onto a courtyard. The staff are very kind and served us complimentary tea and water at any time. Food was also freshly cooked and service was fantastic. The decor is beautiful. Highly recommended. A short tuk tuk ride to the fort.|The nicest hotel we have stayed in India.

This was a really great find. The hotel is beautifully decorated in local style. The rooms are large and have everything you could want for a comfortable stay including a kettle and plenty of bottled water. There is a large roof terrace and a good choice for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and attentive, they could do enough for us. The hotel is in a quiet location around 20 mins walk to the fort with plenty to see along the way.

I loved this place. Staff is very very helpful. The owners surely have kept the staff well motivated. What took me by surprise which I have not experienced anywhere before, is WATER and TEA was served but not charged. So in all, it was complimentary. Recommendation - if travelling with elderly person take the ground floor to avoid climbing stairs. What was also told is they are planning installing a lift, so maybe the challenge will be avoided. Was for Work travel, but I would love to go again.

We have been travelling in India for about 3 weeks and this hotel has definitely been a highlight. They are very customer focused so service is excellent, they really want you to have a great stay. The hotel itself is a little unusual with fun and interesting decor and colourful textiles. They have a roof terrace where they serve a good breakfast. And very importantly, it is clean.

I stayed One night in Jaisalmer, and I was very lucky yo stay in this guest house. Rooms are very beautiful in a heritage style, everything was very clean, there was a nice smell everywhere and people that work there were very nice and available! Moreover there is a beautiful sunset view from the restaurant ! I recomend It!

The stay was amazing here. Didn't feel like living in a hotel, rather felt like the staff are my close family and is hosting us. I went with my grandparents and the way they took care of them, especially with the stairs to their restaurant, it was wonderful. The rooms were cozy and big enough for a whole family of 3 to stay.

The people were very friendly with a warm welcome. Moreover, the room at the 3rd floor that we stayed, is very nice, very clean and has a nice view to the cenotaphs and to the Jaisalmer fort. I recommend both staying and dinning at this hotel. The food is very nice as well.

Hotel Heritage is just not a hotel it's a wonderful experience in itself. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. From ambience to rooms to food every thing was perfect . The host Mr Dil khan the owner gave personal touch to everything and made our stay very comfortable. We surely recommend this place for its high quality and safety. Will visit again and fully recommend for families and even solo female travellers..
