Hotel Fotiya Jaisalmer

The friendliest people! They were so helpful with everything we needed. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were comfortable but the highlight was definitely the camel safari! The guides were so friendly; they shared stories about their lives and cooked the best food and there was only 4 of us from the hotel and our guides sleeping in the area we were. The restaurant at the hotel did a great breakfast and it was only a short walk to the centre of the town and the fort.

This is a nice budget hotel; staff are very friendly and accommodating. My room and washroom were clean, hot water for the shower and I really enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop. They have a wood stove going in the morning. It's 15 minutes to the fort, a nice walk through a local neighborhood past a produce market. At night, lots of kids flying kites from the rooftops. As with most hotels, you are at the mercy of late/early arriving noisy guests with no consideration for others. Overall a lovely budget hotel.

Best thing I found is service,owner & staff behaviour . Travel arrangements. Very helpful nature of each and every person related to this hotel. This car which was appointed for my family was also great as per our package. Me and my family liked the nature of our car person, he is very helpful, peaceful. I stayed 3 days here and feel like staying at home, safe and secure

Hotel rooms are nice and very good value The restaurant is excellent and the chef is a very nice person who seems to take a lot of pride in his cooking Unfortunately it is noisy at night because the reception is right where the bedroom doors are. The staff are very noisy chatting loudly/banging etc quite late at night and then clearing their throats loudly at 6am. So I didn't get much sleep - if staying here bring earplugs Booked a desert safari with the hotel which was quite good, although the guide was a bit miserable.

It was a superb experience. The owner and staff is well mannered, and cooperative. Offers awesome hospitality. Generous nature. Rooms and clean and all basic amenities available. Prices are really affordable considering the costly place and tourist inflow.

It was nice place to visit. All the tourist locations are near from the hotel. Top View is amazing you can see fort, temple etc. Lower Cost & Amazing Place. food is also very good.

Nice property . Very friendly staff including Ali bhai and Sayar bhai . Good hospitality and food. You can dine in as well at rooftop restaurant. They even arrange Rickshaw and car service for rent . Very helpful.
