Hotel Chandrangan Excellency

We booked the hotel at the last minute and would like to thank the hosts Mr Lakshay and Praksh ji for their impeccable hospitality. They went out of their way in providing the best room given the peak season time at the best rates during the new year season. Room and washroom was properly cleaned, and the bed linen was also fresh. The location is very near to famous restaurants and the fort. You can by walk reach the fort and explore the local market. They have their own parking at a walking distance and were sweet enough to keep our luggage until evening even after we checked out. I would highly recommend this place if visiting Jaiselmer.

We visited in last week of December 2024. The hotel is in a small lane near Geetha Ashram. Don't get disappointed with that ! The rooms are nicely done and its spacious. The staff is courteous and helpful. Hotel is located in the heart of the city with restaurants nearby. Only thing to improve is buffet breakfast spread- what we had was very simple-just two dishes. This needs to be addressed.

The property seems very old or perhaps rooms have not been maintained properly. Breakfast has limited choice and also does not look hygienic. The furniture in the room is old. This place is worth Rs 1000 per night only. Value for money is negative. Staff are cooperative.

One of the worst hotels of our trip. Most high rated reviews on google are fake. Room : Dirty and unhygienic room, floor was full of dust, they didn't bother to even clean the foot mat in front of bathroom. No hot water in wash basin. Linens and Towels were dirty. Water went away after a while in bathroom. The bathroom liquid soap dispenser was empty, I had to call and ask them to do it. The room size was also very small. Given the price we paid, hotel amenities were not even close. If you are paying more than 1500 for this hotel, it is not worth it

I stayed at Treebo Chandrangan Excellency, and while there were some positives, the experience wasn't entirely smooth. The in-room dining was good - we ordered chicken fried rice and chicken chilly, both of which were tasty. However, the tandoor was unavailable during our stay. One major issue was that in one of our two rooms, the geyser wasn't working. We had to be given another room just to use the washroom, which was quite inconvenient. The morning breakfast had basic options like bread, paratha, and poha, but the omelette was not included and was chargeable separately. Overall, while the food was decent, the room maintenance and service could definitely be improved. Not the best experience, and I hope they address these issues moving forward.

The whole place was very untidy, the rooms, the sheets. The dining area in the roof top was also not sanitary, especially the hand wash area. And please change your water dispenser, it's the most untidy one I've seen.

It was the most comfortable stay. In such a peak season staff seemed very responsible. Owner was always there to assist..... Would definitely recommend this hotel.

They ambience is good once u enter in the hotel u will get good smell so your mood will refresh.
