Worst experience! As soon as we entered our floor, we saw dog poop in our lobby. The rooms are not clean, especially the washroom. It seems that the washrooms haven't been scrubbed in ages. The faucets are broken and leaking. We had to ask for the bathroom door mat explicitly. The food is horrible to another level. We had breakfast included. Either the food is bland or too salty. The pool water wasn't clean as well.

The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any tourist spot that we needed. The front desk staff is so polite and helpful. Thank you team vesta

It's a good hotel indeed and the tariff also is reasonable. Food quality is good alongwith the service in the restaurant especially Ms Dayakumari and Mr Surendra Singh made our meals enjoyable with their excellent service. |Definitely a recommended hotel for quick business stay.

Surender Singh was our waiter, he was excellent , he had a good knowledge of the menu, especially for items we didn't know on the menu. His etiquette when serving us was exceptional, constantly checking that we were ok. He helped with our special requests. He is the best waiter we have encountered since being in India .

Hotel is likea 3 star not maintained at all. rooms are ok wash room are quite small. breakfast was like a 3 star. service little slow only thing good was the lady staff at the restaurant they provided the best service of hot food and beverages.

had an incredible stay at this hotel! The room was spacious. The food at the pallivion was really good. Every meal was a delight, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for affordable and relaxing stay.

Awful experience at their restaurant for our breakfast and dinner during our stay. In breakfast they served 'hot juice' and 'cold tea'.. and ignore the request to serve beverages at the right temperature. They wont even refill the water glass while you are dining in. Every time you have to get up to fetch water. You have to 'queue up' and wait for them to stock up the breakfast items. The coleslaw sandwiches were as hard as a scrubber. The meals lacked flavour. The restaurant staff was not at all bothered to serve. I can bet a better service standard at any 2 star hotel. Stay at bay!

The hotel's location was good, but the room and service were disappointing. I booked a suite for my vacation, but it was not up to the mark. Cleanliness was just average, and many things in the room were either broken or not in good condition. Room service was also poor. I stayed for two days, but my key never worked properly--I had to call reception every time, and they couldn't fix the issue. When I asked to speak to the manager, the staff didn't seem to care. They also charged a very high price for just a glass of milk for my daughter. The food was good, and Rajendra Singh made special food for my three-year-old, which I appreciated. However, I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. The rooms are overpriced, and the service is not good.
