We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our family. The interiors were absolutely stunning--beautifully designed and well-maintained, creating a warm and luxurious ambiance throughout. Our room had a lovely view, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop swimming pool. It was clean, well-kept, and a big hit with the kids--they didn't want to leave! The room and bathroom were both spotless and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. The staff were courteous and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for families looking for a pleasant and enjoyable hotel experience!

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel. The lounge area was so beautiful and everything looked so grand. Service was friendly and everyone was very helpful. ||Location: It's located a little off site from all the tourist locations but in general you're going to need a car to travel around so it's worth it. ||Rooms: the rooms are very large and comfortable. The beds are soft and they give plenty of pillows. The room had a tv with many channels. They also have a table and arm chair to hangout in. The bathroom was also very large. It had an American toilet and shower and hot water came fast. The water pressure was strong. ||Breakfast: it was included with our hotel stay. And the breakfast was amazing. They had so many options and made fresh dosa. They had tons of Indian dishes as well as American dishes. They also made us fresh Jain food to accommodate a specific diet.

Beautiful hotel with elegant decor and spacious rooms. Well maintained. Great service from check in , to breakfast and dinner service, and check out. |Good security with card tap to access floors. We utilized the banquet hall for a Golden anniversary party for my parents and it was good size for a large gathering which made for a memorable photos. Like to shout out Pratisha on 2nd floor restaurant - she served us every morning in breakfast and once at dinner and she was very sweet and courteous and made nice conversation and was always smiling.

The bathroom of the hotel really sucked with water logging in the entire bathroom due to no proper drainage. The hand shower wasn't working n the shower knob was broken. The hotel staff didn't really do much to help me with that inspite of complaining repeatedly. The breakfast was good n the hotel was decent but definitely not with the price you are paying for. It states its a five star but i would like to give only 3 stars to them

There is no place like home.|This is because your heart is there with your family.||Since 1999, my wife, Lila, and I have been traveling to India, our second home. We love many places, but somehow, we fell in love with Jaipur. Since 2015, our home in Jaipur has been Shakun Hotel and Resort, a wonderful 4-star hotel with all the amenities and an amazing staff.||This year, we stayed at Shakun for a total of 32 nights across five different visits, and the people here made us feel at home every second.||I want to say thank you, namaste, and Jai Shree Krishna to all the staff, starting with Mr. Amit Sharma, the front desk manager, and the front desk officers Ojasav, Anjali, Yash, Vijendra, and Alok. Special thanks also to the porters--Manoj Ji, Rohit, and Naveen--and all the waiters, especially Gopal, whom we have known for seven years, as well as Patricha, Inderjeet, and Dilip.||I don't know the names of the fantastic kitchen staff, but they are great cooks.||Finally, a special thanks to those who took care of our room: Mahendra, the chief; Kuldeep, my friend; and Aman and Tofic.||I'm sure I have forgotten MANY names because the staff is large, and every single person is kind and special.||I truly recommend Shakun Hotel, and I hope God helps us return in 2026.

The stay was very nice, very spacious rooms and clean. The breakfast buffet was a highlight and loved every bit of it. The pool on the rooftop is the highlight and it's very calming. Would definitely recommend the hotel for the stay in Jaipur as it's in a very great location in Jaipur. The staff there were very friendly. The manager Ojasav Kumar at the reception was very polite and helped us a lot.

Shakun Hotels and Resorts in Jaipur is a classy and comfortable place to stay . Located in the heart of the city, it offers modern rooms , great service , and delicious pure vegetarian food . The rooftop pool and clean surroundings make it perfect for both business and leisure stays . Staff is polite and helpful, making your experience truly relaxing . A great choice if you're visiting Jaipur!

This was our worst experience with the hotel.When we search for it it was showing the hotel is 5star, but hotel is only 2 star.There service is very very slow they have not maintained there rooms well.When we checked in our room there was no safe locker available in the room so we complaint them and they removed the locker from another room and fix in our room, so this is not 5 star hotel. Second thing is the exhaust in washroom was not working we complaint the reception about it after calling many times they send there technician and when it was not resolved they show is 2-3 rooms more and in that the exhaust was not working after that one we checked in the last room the exhaust was working but not in good condition. If we need any thing we have to call reception many times. Our Breakfast and dinner was included.So when we went for dinner we thought they will have buffet as usually it is there in 5star hotels, but they have no buffet for dinner they were having a printout of the menu, with only limited things 2 types of soups 2 types of starters 2-3 vegetables and 2 sweet dishes.The food taste was not good at all. So the authorities who provide stars to the hotel they should take a proper care of this, why they have given it 5 star rating, Because due to which many people book the hotel seeing that the property is 5 star rated, but there money get wasted after booking such a property that do not deserve even 3 stars. They showed there lobby and rooms photos online in this way that people will think the hotel is very good.But this is not real there lobby is only the good part except all other things. So I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
