Huge room, very helpful staff and a great pool! This hotel felt special, like staying in a palace. Our daughter felt like she was in a fairy tale castle! Roof top dining was a great experience. The pool was beautiful and open 7am-7pm - perfect for families with kids.

Amazing stay with great staff! Especially Bharti working in the restaurant has gone above and beyond. The kitchen staff have produced incredible food every meal time. Would highly recommend a stay, have never felt so welcome and accommodated in a hotel

It's a budget palace stay! We had an impromptu plan and we booked it just a couple of hours before in the evening. Rooms, premises are clean, the structure and interiors are old but not that old! They have kept that touch of their heritage. They've activities to keep you entertained, pool and good food. It's not child friendly exactly as they don't have any activities or play area for kids but polite enough to accommodate our requests.

Shahpura House offers a truly distinctive ambience that sets it apart from typical hotels. The room layouts are unique and ideal for long stays, giving the place a more homely and regal feel.||We tried ordering pizza once, but it wasn't a hand-tossed base and didn't quite meet expectations. For the rest of our meals, we opted for Kebabs & Curries--a fantastic outlet just 200 meters from the hotel.||While the staff delivering food to the room were generally polite, their demeanor at times felt like they were expecting tips, which was a bit off-putting.||We stayed in April and managed to book the Sheeshmahal Suite at a discounted rate--which was absolutely worth it! Overall, a pleasant and royal stay.

It's is an old palace then redesigned into a hotel. Unique style and stunning place. Location is a little bit far from the city centre. Nice place to capture some pictures there. Quite place except some noise coming from the dogs outside. Good rooms size but with no much facilities. Beds are not comfortable that much. Rooms need more care and cleaning especially the toilet and shower area need to be fixed. Reasonable prices somehow. I suggest to stay in the main building and avoid the building on right side. They offering good breakfast.

A wonderful heritage property in Jaipur. Excellent rooms, bathrooms courtyards, swimming pool, restaurants. Housed in one of the poshest localities in Jaipur. |The rooms were pre booked. We were driving from Pushkar to Jaipur. Reached around 11-45 AM. No rooms were ready to be offered. Like us, there were other guests too being made to wait at the waiting lounge for over an hour and a half on.an average. Yes, the check in time is 2 PM. Hver, such fine calculations on a vacation is a wishful thinking. Zero communication from the personnel managing the Front office. Lack courtesy toward guests, big time! I was told it is run by a breed of professionals. Failed to understand what that meant in a hospitality industry ! Even the ID proof from the guests were being asked for, by the waiters!!!! It was indeed a one of a kind experience after exploring various parts of the globe and after exploring various places of Rajasthan. Such attitude needs a serious introspection by the owners/top management running this hotel. We have a few more things to share here. The room cleanliness ( the floors specifically in the suite that we stayed- The Sheesh Mahal Suite) needs special attention. |The food quality definitely is commendable. But asking for a finger bowl to be served on the table was like asking for the moon! We were asked to leave the table and have our hands washed post dinner, at the wash basin which was a waking distance! Incase of wash / fingers bowls not being served, please do ensure that at least wet tissues|are provided for, at the table positively in a fine dining area.

Their rooms are huge, but beds have a design that makes it hard to watch TV...the pillars hinder you. Bathrooms were very comfortable. Overall a nicely decorated place. Staff was good. Restaurant had good food.
