This was an incredible spot-I do not see how it can be a hotel with only a limited number of huge rooms/suites. All was excellently done. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and they were both excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel seems to be in a residential district, so no apparent way to walk anywhere. But there are very nice grounds. (We were on a tour, so I do not know how much this cost but expect it was significant.)

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The hotel's location is great, with easy access to key spots in the city. The amenities are top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the food at their restaurant. It was delicious! Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

From the moment I entered Rose Amer, I was in awe of the ambiance. It's calm, elegant, and has such a positive vibe. I stayed in one of their suites, and it was stunning. The decor was tasteful, and I loved how spacious and well-lit the room was. It's a place I'll always remember!

Rose Amer perfectly blends Rajasthani charm with modern amenities. The food was delicious and main usp, the decor tasteful, and the entire atmosphere very welcoming.

We hosted a party of 24 persons. Service was pathetic and very bad. Quality of Indian food was not good at all. Very bad service. Crockery cutlery was most ordinary and was not matching at all, different size of bowels, paper bowl was given for sweet dish. Short supply of sweets. Display of food was most ordinary like a caterer serving food for a price of 400 per plate. They charged hefty prices for such an ordinary food. Breads were also in short supply..overall experience was very bad. Please do not organize party here. They do not know to arrange a party but they know to charge a handsome price. Ambience is good, but paying the price of 3245.00 per head is not justified at all. Please avoid this place for hosting a party. Lack of experience with the management.

Hosted a Diwali party for friends and family which turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The property is beautiful, well decorated and extremely classy interiors. Ambience also was lovely. But unfortunately the service was pathetic. They couldn't cater to a small group of 25 people. They didn't have chairs in the dining space. Guests had to wait turns to eat And worst they served paper bowls with the curries. That also got over and some guests couldn't get to eat raita and dal. They literally didn't have sufficient crockery also!!! Imagine spending over 3000 rs per plate and not being served in proper crockery. As hosts it was such an embarrassment. The taste of the main course dishes was also poor. Appetisers were fine. Food was not refilled. Breads were not served properly. Biryani was cold as if it was purchased from outside and served. They don't have service staff only. Doubt they have chefs also. They had another inhouse group of guests of some 12-15 members who last minute cancelled their plan of going out and decided to eat in. It felt as if they were also served from the same menu that was curated for us but eventually lead to less quantity for the party. Honestly Just boasting of providing a unique and boutique experience doesn't get you 5 stars. You should not host events if you don't have the proper set up to cater to the number of guests you are hosting. Rose Amer, you leave me disappointed beyond measure. Oh and we were charged GST but not provided with a bill. Let's see how long that takes to turn up.
