We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The team went above and beyond to make us feel special. I requested a framed photo of us during our stay, and to my surprise, they actually made it happen -- such a thoughtful and personal touch that made our experience unforgettable. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, and the staff were always smiling and eager to help. They even packed food for us on request, which was incredibly helpful. A special mention to Suhail and Diksha -- they took such amazing care of us throughout our stay. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place that feels like home, with service that comes from the heart!

Mediocre hotel with some bright spots. Firstly, this is not a hotel for light sleepers. In my 6 nights stay, I changed rooms twice despite asking for a quiet room. The hotel is located at a busy road junction. Rooms 522, 402 were exposed to traffic noise, particularly pressure horns. My last room 720 was further down the corridor, away from the junction, so fairly quiet. In 522 and 720, the AC will cool to 20degC, irrespective of what temperature you choose. The first 2 bathrooms had tubs, last one only a shower. Rooms are spacious and linen clean. 1st and last rooms has a nightlight, that cannot be switched off! Curtains are effective blackouts. The staff try their best to help, but this isn't Taj calibre. By and large hospitable, but that finesse is still missing. Priyanka at the reception is helpful. Riya at the restaurant reception is exceptionally sweet, always looking to go that extra mile to make us comfortable and cared for. The staff at the restaurant is good. Watchout for the illegal 10% Service Charge in the bill. Food is good, but some items average, others exceptional. The simplest items turned out to be the best- Dosa, Omelette, Dhokla, Noodles, Biryani, Dal etc. Spread variety is adequate. The music playing here is pretty bad though. Gym is well equipped. Pool is small but at least its there. The hotel has an hitherto unheard of policy- no outside liquor or food is allowed, even for consumption inside our own room! Absurd! I won't be staying here again because the cons outweigh the pros for me, but you can try it out and decide.

Being our first trip to Jaipur, been a wonderful experience @ Radisson City Center. Easily accessible to the airport as well as places to visit. Excellent amenities and courteous staff. A special call out to Jeeya from the Reception desk for going out of the way to help us in arranging for the Jhalana Safari tour from the Hotel. We truly appreciate all the help :)

The stay was quite pleasant . The staff members were very helpful and cordial and the food was amazing. They upgraded us to business room which was quite a good surprise. Excellent service from Reena & Chef Gaurav . Extremely attentive & professional. Had a personal unexpected taste testing menu. Highly recommend. Beautiful hotel friendly staff. Rooms decorated to a very high standard with a well stocked mini bar.

Great stay, close to all the attractions. Extremely clean and renovated room. Breakfast was expensive and the service was really good! Kudos to the chef and the staff - would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Jaipur! Editing to add their travel desk is also top tier. We were matched with a lovely driver, Pushpendra who was so courteous and knowledgeable about the city. If you need transportation, definitely ask them about their services.
