Pearl Palace Heritage

This hotel is beautiful, and the rooms have such unique and cool decor. It was a very comfortable place to stay with great facilities. The breakfast service was delicious! you could choose a few items of a menu which was a real treat. The location is excellent with lots of cafes / places to eat nearby. They provide a great shuttle service to a sister hotel as a dinner option which was delicious.

Simply the most beautiful boutique hotel we have stayed in. Location is in a small street, from outside it seems very small and not as per pictures, but as soon as you enter the regal Rajasthan is evident. The foyer area is decorated to such a high standard, the staff are amazing and the essence of our trip was achieved by being in this hotel. Our room was "kutch" which we absolutely loved! it was perfectly decorated to the theme. The best part was breakfast, it was served outside our room and you just felt like royalty seated in this amazing setting. My only comment was on the 2nd day we didn't pre order breakfast so it took slightly longer than expected, but the staff tried really hard to ensure we were happy. This hotel is an absolute must in Jaipur! the standards are extremely high and we would definitely go back!

The good: The rooms had a lot of character and the suite that we booked was really big. The building was really interesting and beautifully tiled. The bathroom was also spacious and amenities good. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Filtered water (sustainable) and operational fridge - needed in hot Jaipur! To improve: the breakfast arrangements as others mentioned were chaotic. We tried to book a 7:45am breakfast but were told too many had booked, so offered 8:15. All good - but then we eventually waited 1 hour for breakfast until 9:15 without water or tea/ coffee. I get that the breakfast is made in the other building but there needs to be a better system. The linen in the room was also quite old. The bed sheets had a hole in it. I guess it's a b&b, but expected slightly better.

We had a lovely stay at the Pearl Palace Heritage hotel. The hotel is ideally located to explore the city. The hotel is very quirky and decadent in its decor, which we loved. Our room was extremely comfortable, with a choice of different pillows, this was such a luxury. The breakfast was superb with large portions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their sister restaurant, the Peacock, was fantastic. The food was delicious and there was live music both evenings we were there. ||My only improvement would be to offer breakfast earlier. The earliest time we could have breakfast was 7:45, so we had to leave without breakfast when we had an early start. Very kindly, we were given some fresh fruit, but were disappointed to miss their fabulous breakfast! ||We highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome haveli. Unique furnishings and decorations. Quiet environment. Great value. Friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast from 7:45 to 11 AM. Free tea service from 6-11 pm.

This is such an amazing experience for us.. hotel staffs were so helpful.. Spacious and clean rooms with stunning decor.. and peacock rooftop restaurant has a cool vibe too.. Never miss this place.. I would give extra credit for their wonderful staffs..

Incredible hotel. Gorgeous decor, very comfortable and the best night's sleep we had during the whole India trip. Breakfast is well worth ordering, with great choice.|Highly recommend, I only wish we'd been able to stay longer to enjoy the surroundings.
