Small but good rooms available at low price. There were many options nearby for us to choose from for our last minute guests but after comparing prices and cleanliness of rooms we decided to go for this hotel. No other services taken.

Om Prakash, who works in night shift is a very rude and unprofessional guy. I checked in at 11:00 PM. He checked me in, without any question and also mentioned that kitchen is closed so it was obvious that I'll have to order food online. The moment I went downstairs to collect my order he sarcastically asked, ' itni raat ko kya karte rehte ho?' Do I deserve this kind of service? I bloody paid for the room, not staying here for free. Such bad service from such a reputed chain. Terrible

"Mixed Experience at Hotel Kalyan" Review: My stay at Hotel Kalyan had its ups and downs. I booked a super deluxe room via MMT for five people, but it didn't live up to expectations. The TV didn't work, there was no hot water in the evening, and the room felt cramped with limited space. On the dining front, the restaurant had a significant wait time of 40 minutes after ordering for both dinner and breakfast, which was frustrating. It seemed the hotel was short-staffed during my visit. However, I must acknowledge the positive aspects, such as the good ambiance and vibe, which added to the overall experience. While the stay had its shortcomings, the atmosphere made it somewhat enjoyable.

Location is in very outskirt of the city. Mine family suffered from food poisoning due to their unhygienic and rotten food. These people don't even have manners. Nobody visits the hotel. This is the worst option ever I hd choosed in my life. The name should be changed and kept ghatiya heritage and it's not a paradise. Guys please don't ever try to visit this hotel. This is worthless.

Never book your room here. Staff is rude and unprofessional. They taunt you by saying 'Itni raat ko kya karte ho'. There is a reception guy who works in night shift who asked me 'if I am literate'. Terrible services by this reputed chain.

It is centrally located 2 star hotel. Rooms are maintained well. It is a nice place for visits to the city during business meetings or with family. Services here are good. Atmosphere is good. Especially the ambience is very commendable over here

1- Small and dirty rooms with dirty washrooms without accessories. 2- Spiders in Washrooms 3- Business mind no water bottle no Tea cattle 4- Dirty Mattress and bed sheets, towels 5- Providing water bottles at double the rate and Tea also 6- TV hung on Almirah.it is there just like presence in the room 7- Staff behaviour is very rude. admin staff only money-minded instead of services 8- Exhaust Fan noise like a tractor 9- Valet Parking staff had food in my parked car 10- Service is very slow in Restaurant
