Jai Mahal Palace, Jaipur

My stay at the palace was one of the most memorable trips I've ever had. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly warm, friendly, and dedicated to their work.||||Right from our arrival, Gaurav Sir at the reception went above and beyond--accommodating our early check-in, assisting with a late check-out, and surprising us with a beautiful room upgrade that truly elevated our experience.||||Abhimanyu graciously escorted us to our room and gave us a lovely tour of the palace, adding to the charm of our arrival.||||Dining at the restaurant was another highlight--interacting with Pradeep Sir, the Executive Chef, was a delight. He recommended some fantastic dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed.||||We also had a wonderful time at the bar, where Chanchal Ji made the experience even more enjoyable with warm conversations and attentive service.||||Meeting Mr. Mathur, the Director of Rooms, was a pleasure as well. His insights about the palace layout added a deeper appreciation to our stay.||||Overall, the entire experience felt less like a hotel stay and more like visiting family. The property has been excellent and well maintained. Hospitality world class and every staff will make you feel at home. Special appreciation for Mr.Aslam, Mr. Santos and Mr. Vikram from Marbe Arch who were phenomenal in their behavior and helpful attitude. Mr. Aslam even walked the extra miles to convince seniors for my late check out. Duty Manage Mr. Shiv Mathur has been courteous enough and encouraged us to have a small tour of the palatial suites , indeed peacock suite is mesmerizing. I wish all staff and administration to keep up the good work and make our nation proud in true sense. Thanks.

The ambience and the food was amazing. The food was filling and the quantity was good enough. Perfect flavours and the water was clean. The seating was comfortable. The host, Mr. Aslam, was friendly and great. Would definitely recommend this to others and would love to visit again.

Memorable Lunch experience ||Today, we had the pleasure of enjoying a lovely family lunch with a small celebration at the Marble Arch Restaurant in Taj Jai Mahal Palace.||The entire culinary experience was outstanding -- from the welcome drink to the starters, main course, and desserts, everything was prepared with authentic flavors and exceptional quality. The food truly exceeded our expectations.||We especially enjoyed the restaurant's signature dishes like Dal Cinnamon and Gulkand ke Kheer, among many others.||Our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff for their warm hospitality and attentive service. Special appreciation to Mr. Monu Pratap Singh, the restaurant manager, along with Ms. Rithuja, Mr. Vikram, and Mr. Abdullah for making our function memorable.||A well-deserved 5-star rating for every aspect of our experience!

Service of the hotel is very nice and best among all the Taj hotels i have visited. Muskan, Aslam, Shiv Mathura, vikram and Umaid Singh are very prompt and good at their services. Our stay at hotel was very comfortable and memorable. Thanks to all hotel staff.

Jai Mahal Palace is a very beautiful place--truly 10/10! It looks grand and royal. A perfect place to relax and enjoy. The food is super tasty. The service is excellent, and the staff is very kind and helpful. They take great care of guests. This palace is great for photos. It has pretty gardens, a big pool, and open spaces. Every spot looks amazing. The palace has different food sections -- Giardino, Cinnamon, and Marble Arch. (Maybe more). I swear, they are super amazing With its royal feel and peaceful vibe, Jai Mahal Palace is a must-visit. Highly recommended! Just look at these pictures and videos!

We had dinner in Taj Jai Mahal Palace Hotel (Cinamon Restaurant) on 28 March 2025, as we had on our earlier visit 2 years back to Jaipur had wonderful experience of food and service. However, this time we were totally disappointed and surprised with lack of attention and service as well as quality of food.The mutton was fibrous instead of soft and succulent. It was pretty disappointing as we have been enjoying Taj Hotels food and service in various cities in India and abroad but this time it has come as a contrarian surprise. Will Taj Group management take note of it ??
