Review for Hyatt Hotel, Jaipur - 3.5 Stars I recently stayed at Hyatt Jaipur, and while the experience had some positives, it didn't fully meet my expectations for the price. The hotel maintains its brand standards, and one thing I truly appreciated was their attentiveness--when I wasn't coming out of my room on time due to a blackout in the washroom, they sent a female staff member with a master key to check on me. That level of concern was commendable. However, my stay was impacted by poor service. I called multiple times for water, but no one picked up the phone. They only brought water in the morning. Due to dehydration, I ended up falling in the washroom, blacking out for 10-15 minutes. This was a serious issue, and the hotel should definitely improve its responsiveness and service quality. Because of my condition, I couldn't enjoy the buffet. I did order noodles in my room, but as a lover of authentic Chinese cuisine, I found them below expectations. For 11,000 per night plus food charges, the experience didn't feel truly five-star. While the ambiance was good, the service needs improvement. I'm giving it 3.5 stars--decent stay, but not worth the premium price.

Beautiful property and very good and supportive staff. ||Special thanks to front desk girl " NIKITA DUTTA" very helpful and because her got early check in and she offered morning breakfast also. ||Beautifully property and good service by staff. We facing issue in AC and they changed to room. ||Food was very good in Morning breakfast and in room dining. ||All over very good stay

We stayed in King room. From check-in to checkout the staff was very helpful and polite. All amenities were good, swimming pool is clean, not too deep and so very good for children. Gym is well equipped. The breakfast has many Indian and continental varieties and good quality, you can order hot food. Room: Some light switches are loose Location: It takes about half an hour to reach the city centre and have to cross the first 10 minutes of the road that is crowded and underdeveloped. If taking public transport, the rickshaw takes about 150 rs and public bus 20 rs per person (as per May 2025).

I recently stayed at Hyatt Jaipur and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food was absolutely amazing -- every meal was a delightful experience, and their hospitality service was impeccable. The staff truly knows how to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. However, I did face one personal issue during my stay that left me a bit disappointed. It made my experience less enjoyable than I had hoped. While I appreciate the hotel's efforts in ensuring a luxurious experience, I believe there's room for improvement in certain areas. That said, I'd still recommend Hyatt Jaipur for its excellent culinary offerings and warm hospitality. I hope to see a more seamless experience on my next visit.

I stayed in Hyatt from April 21 to 23 with my partner, and I am very satisfied with the stay and the staff there. Everyone was very friendly, especially Manager Sailesh Gurung. Despite holding a high position, he took the time to talk to us and gave a very safe and homely vibe. It was my first time visiting Jaipur, and if I ever come again, I will definitely stay there again. Because of Mr. Sailesh Gurung, my entire trip was successful -- only because of him. Thanks to him and thanks to the entire staff.

Excellent Stay with great hospitality. Mainly Mr. Deepak Sharma from front desk was very helpful. We would definitely return to Hyatt during our next trip to Jaipur. Breakfast was good with many choices. Highly recommend for business or holiday

Recommend this Hotel as proper 5 -Rooms very clean and every day serviced -Location very convenient and just ask them for driver and you just enjoy. -Breakfast is wow, anything ask the staff they will help, don't be shy they are so friendly. You have rooftop bar and pool And many other facilities. Thank you Hyatt Place Jaipur for your warm hospitality.
