Horrendous Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I stayed at this property for a day, and it was an absolute nightmare. **Rooms** - While the rooms are spacious, that's the only positive. The toiletries are a joke--just an unmarked shampoo and a coagulated body wash that comes out in lumps, barely enough for one use. Nothing else provided. Water pressure is pathetic; it takes ages to get a decent flow. The toilets are not the cleanest with stains. **Service** - Absolutely appalling. The reception is always unmanned; staff members are simply missing. The so-called "manager" is dishonest and overcharges for cabs. If you book through them, expect to pay extra. Even if the cab doesn't cover all promised destinations, they still demand full payment. The manager's attitude is downright aggressive--rude to the point of being threatening. On top of that, they charge extra for late check-out on an hourly basis. I was forced to pay 150 extra per room--300 total for two rooms despite the hotel being fully empty with no bookings. I have no clue how this place has high ratings-- Do yourself a favor and stay away!

The rooms are spacious and clean. They have a decent parking space.Staff members are polite and cooperative. The hotel is near to the Albert Museum and Pink city. Visited during Jan2025 first week. Overall it was a pleasant stay at the Hotel. ~Arun

Functional room with pleasant plants outside. The hot water was broken in my room but after asking the staff allowed me to have a shower in an empty room. Room was cold in winter. Good food with plenty of vegetarian options. Note that the hotel does not accept international credit cards.

Clean and good ambience. Clean rooms and peaceful location. Only complaint is they don't provide service after 11 PM. I cam e late at around 11:30 PM and asked the room service for drinking water and they replied service is closed and it will be opened 7 AM morning. They said get water by yourself from the kitchen area, this was strange and annoying.

Overall a good stay with spacious room and clean bathroom. Would have appreciated faster services and cleaner linens. They provide food in their restaurant which was tasty.

Fraud hotel. Please don't go in this hotel. They are showing a different property and they would give you a different one. They won't provide you proper blankets too. Not a single water bottle too. Don't go on the ratings. They parking is a mess cars are stacked and you would get a call in morning to remove it as others are going.

Good place to stay as per pricing. Neat and spacious rooms. Service and amenities can be better
