Hotel Ratangarh Palace

Dirty, the staff isn't hospitable at all! Just walking in the room you could smell the mold in the walls and see the bubbles in the walls, there was no toilet paper, no hand towel, no mini fridge, ants in the room, walls are filthy, tile is broken and barely leaning to look "attached", FOOD left outside rooms for more than 28 hours until the staff cleared. Terrible. Won't recommend. We landed directly at the hotel without plans, when asking for help at reception no one was willing to assist in any way. The staff were not helpful when trying to reschedule the booking due to a flight issue. Thankfully I booked via a 3rd party which was accommodating. Nor did they agree to give an additional key since we're 2 people.

Pathetic Services, almost no staff, rooms are not cleaned till late evening despite follow ups. Romm service plates are not cleared and guests are asked to place outside their rooms. Room Service staff themselves complaint for management, breakfast is served in an hour's time. They even don't have any hanged for wardrobe. The place is a complete mess, don't try, try at your own risk. Third class hotel. First of all there is no parking, I had to park the car in a deserted place on the road behind the hotel, which the hotel staff does not take responsibility for. Secondly the rooms are not as big as they are showing. The room ends as soon as it starts. It is written king size bed but the bed is smaller than normal. The bathroom is so small that the hanging towels have been made right above the toilet seat. And the toilet is very dirty. They do not even keep tissue paper in the toilet and neither will you get Colgate. You will not find tea tray or fridge in the room. My experience of staying here was very poor. For this much money you will get something better somewhere else..

Good place to stay. They have really improved their services. Food in hotel is really expensive and poor quantity. Order online to save money. Room is nice for such price. Washrooms are bit congested. Overall good experience.

Look before you fall into this trap. This hotel is more of a fraud Visited here for vacation and must say they will make every effort to ruin your experience. Staff is pathetic Parking - lucky enough if you get to park outside hotel as these guys are more concerned about the guest who paid them higher should be able to park just outside the hotel other should go and park on the streets. Service - 0/10 Room - dirty which 0 amenity To a surprise these guys even don't know wifi password will ask you to try different sets of combinations Just wondering how they remember there business needs. Don't take breakfast Includes package Because all you will get is 2-3 items instead of a buffet When you will ask them what they have answer will be whatever we have will bring in for you now you have to guess what they have in breakfast And then it takes forever to be on your table. And some items may won't make it to the table Cherry on top do mention if you need something with toasted bread else these guys will give the bread without butter or jam. See the attached picture for word class 800 rs ( puri bhaji & sandwich). Breakfast which could have be more cheaper if purchased individually. Suggestion: better go outside and enjoy street food or local corners rather falling in this trap.

The reviews are completely fake. I got a random WhatsApp msg from unknown number stating write a good review on this and earn money like part time job they will be scamming people for money. Agency will provide certain numbers of hotels to write a good reviews and get them paid. But nobody got paid after the review I saw so many people writing reviews and not getting paid. Poor hotel people now I'm confused which hotel to trust?

Good location. Amazing food. Helpful and courteous staff. Rooms are clean and spacious.
