Hotel Park Ocean

We were on a Trip-a-Dealn tour so this probably explains why a 4 Star Hotel has become complacent. The hotel rooms are certainly large and well appointed...your first impression is 'wow' Unfortunately our comfort was badly let down by: 1. The shower was hot one day and cold the next. 2. The pillows are the most uncomfortable as they are too high and hard. 3. The air conditioning is noisy even on auto fan or low fan...it rattles 4. The towels are old, frayed and scratchy 5. The refrigerator is useless as it only works with the room key in and takes 24 hrs to get cold. 6. We had dinner provided and the buffet was mostly nearly empty and luke warm...the flavour was ok but they destroyed the food...it was only 7.45pm 7. The drinks are too expensive...the reason why they don't sell much. The location suits Tripadeal because you are a long way from anything and need transport to get anywhere. This hotel could be genuinely excellent if they lifted their game but I expect they don't care because they are forward booked with cheap group tours. I give credit to the hotel management for their quick response to my concerns by immediately addressing a number. The following breakfast experience was certainly up to expectations...well done

I liked it here. It is not near anything and the walls in the rooms need a wash but everything else seemed okay. Buffet good. Nice looking roof top pool but gets some pigeon feathers in there because lots of pigeons are up there! Not a bad view from up here either.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was filthy, with visible dirt and a complete lack of maintenance. However, the most upsetting aspect was the behavior of the staff, especially at the reception. They were shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of being welcoming, they acted as if any query or request was a burden. One incident that stood out was when I asked for assistance with an issue in my room, and the reception staff responded with outright arrogance and refused to help. Their lack of courtesy and hostile attitude set the tone for what was a terrible stay. To make things worse, the food was of very poor quality--stale, tasteless, and unacceptable. This hotel fails on every level, and I strongly recommend avoiding it unless the management takes urgent steps to address these issues.

We visit this hotel with a group of 9 from Satyam Tours. Compliments for Amar (Breakfast) the man with the glasses. Good service! In general, the rooms could smell a little better. It didn't smell that good. The toilet was clogged. A tip, if a room for three people has been booked, put an extra bed in advance

Nice hotel: relatively clean, WiFi available, onsite restaurant, customer service satisfactory, free water bottles, and clean & good size bathroom. The noise insulation is not great but this seems to be the case with most Indian hotels. Slightly high pricing.

We stayed at Ocean Park Hotel for two days during our Golden Triangle trip and had a wonderful experience. The service provided by Amar and his team was exceptional. The live music during breakfast added a delightful touch to start the day. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The rooms are dark and uncomfortable. However, the souvenir shop owner on the ground floor is very friendly and offers reasonable 'tourist' prices (of course, you have to haggle a little, but if you are in India on a group tour, you will be hard pressed to find a more reasonable price). The breakfast is poor, but the Pineapple Song with a sitar duo on one side is very pleasant to listen to.

Hotel was good food was good restaurant look was good but minus point of hotel cleaning part . cleaning part is third class . I ask about tooth paste its chargeable I was surprised . used pad laying at washroom dustbin iam giving 1star reason cleaning part . if you complain then manager will argue with rude behave . owner or GM please take care manager with cleaning also
